It's a bit sad that this shopping complex is now very quiet - especially upstairs. Lots of shops closed. Ground floor stores are still mostly open with a few tailors and salons. The new store Miss Saigon is upstairs with great Vietnamese food.

As I sat down to reflect on our recent journey, I am overwhelmed with gratitude and felt compelled to thank you both for the incredible experience. Your expertise and enthusiasm were evident from the start, and it made all the difference in our recent Batam trip. The way you wove tales of history, culture and personal experiences into our tour was nothing short of magical. The little extra touches - be it recommending a local delicacy, pointing out a hidden gem, or simply ensuring we were comfortable and safe. It’s these little gestures that transform a good tour into an exceptional one. The ability to engage with each member of our group, regardless of age or background, showcased your dedication and love for what you do. ‘Thank You’ to you both for not just being our leader and guide, but for being an ambassador of the places and culture we explored. Recently our group of 6 took a land trip from Singapore to Malacca via Luxury Coach Services. The coach captain was Alan Sua. He picked us up at Venture Avenue and proceeded to Johore via Tuas link. At the Msian immigration checkpoint, Ms Beena joined us as the tour guide. Alan is an excellent driver. Ms Beena ably enlightened all on board on the immigration procedures and also shared annecdotes on Johore and Mcca along the way. We arrived in Mcca in good time. This pair did an excellent job! Well done!!

Took Luxury Coach Service executive bus from Serangoon NEX Mrt exit E to Kuala Lumpur and return trip to Spore. The bus departed punctually on the dot. Bus condition was excellent, clean, seat belts, seat recliner were working well. Driver, Khoo always kept a safe speed and drove smoothly. They also have an on board tourguide, Henry and he takes care and keeps updating passengers of the schedule arrival time to KL and drop off location . The tour guide is chatty & friendly, shared information and background about KL. All in all, I think they have the best coach service to Malaysia in my opinion. Just excellent, SQ standard. Note:free wifi on board with USB charging point for this single deck coach.

Luxury Coach, I thought the bus will be those type of having USB Port able to charge phone already 😂 Tour to Batam with mediacorp celebrities and 🇹🇼 actor 修杰楷 enjoyed mini holidays with them thought celebrities are so busy they made everyone happy 😊 to get their selfie or wefie photos taken ❤️ Tour Leader Trendy kind and friendly for improvement maybe set a limit for a tour. 200 plus people really a lot need a lot manpower too.

There were a few small hiccups at the start, as our original bus had to go in for servicing and we weren’t sure if it would reach Compass One on time. Because of that, a temporary bus was arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the Malaysia customs for a transfer. Thanks to the quick responses from Luxury’s service team, all our queries were answered promptly. The journey from Malaysia customs to KL was smooth, with a pit stop at YO-YO for breakfast and a toilet break. Khairi, our tour guide, was amazing, sharing tips on where to go and what to eat in KL. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind taking Luxury Coach again for future trips to Malaysia! Their hospitality was wonderful. Our bus captain, Allan, made sure the entire journey was smooth from start to finish, and alhamdulillah, we arrived in KL on time.

Very well organised BATAM tour. Good Seafood lunch, nice gala dinner, good Nyonya lunch. Both Sg guide Nicole and Tony are patient and polite and helpful. Enjoyed the batik painting session, happy exercises at Natural culture centre and photos with the friendly celebrities.

Both i & my wife would like to share our pleasure 2D1N Batam trip with Luxury Coach Services. The entire tour trip experience was really enjoyable and memorable and was very amazed that 4 of the media cop joining. Our group leader was Ming Qi, she was very friendly, helpful, responsible and caring. In Batam we are with bus no.3 and the tour guide was Mr Salim(小林). and the Driver. We name them 3 in 1 coffee, just a joke!! They are very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, patient, kind and professional, always assisted elderly with slow or difficulty in walking, guide us with our shopping's and road directions. They created lots of fun and laughter throughout the whole journey. Every trip destination was properly plan, smooth and everyone was feeling secured and safe. The hotel stay and the food was good. Most amazing was the Gala dinner, although the dinner started quite late but is worth waiting. The food was great and very enjoyable and a lot of fun. Thank you, Ming Qi, Mr Salim(小林) and the driver for giving us such a unforgettable and pleasant Batam trip. We really appreciate it, for your extra mile, efforts and hardworking which you all put in. I really wish the Luxury Coach Services would recognize Ming Qi, Mr Salim(小林) and bus no 3 Driver for the good work performance and the sincerely toward the customer. Keep up with the good job Ming Qi, Mr Salim(小林) and the bus no.3 Driver and we wish you all to be more successful in your career.

Absolutely miffed because there was some bit of deception involved here. Booked what was clearly a '28 Seater SD luxury executive' as highlight on the site which solidified my choice to book this service over the others and to my shock, the 40-seater bus shows up instead. Edit (3/8/2025). So for the RETURN bus I finally got what was advertised and wow, what a WORLD of difference. This bus was way more comfortable, had the charging ports we needed and made the journey smooth. However, what was highlighted above still applies. You have to accurately reflect information on your site. I'd take the same service again but I'd be weary due to the previous experience. If this is how the business is going to operate, do not recommend. If you're going to do this at least inform me in advance or don't indicate that it's the 28-seater bus on your site, there's quite a difference (the 28-seater having a charging port for instance while the 40-seater one doesn't). I type this as I'm currently on my departing trip and I've booked the same for my return, I'll be extra pissed if it's the same case. 2-stars instead of 1 because the seats are okay for the 40-seater and because the driver and the lady onboard who was serving everyone was very sweet. To add insult to injury, the on-board WiFi never worked throughout and there was a KKKL bus (another service I was contemplating). That had their connection up and running which I could utilize. Misleading, would tread with caution. Edit (3/8). The return bus was fortunately what was advertised and was comfortable and included the charging ports. However, the above still applies and principally, it was still disingenuous. I'd take the service again if it was what was advertised.

Luxury Coach service for 2D1N in Batam trip .wonderful event with full of fun that hv chance to meet from Mediacorp. Excellent service from both tour guide Salum (great 👍 n Ming Qi . I want to thank you both of you but especially our tour leader Ming Qi. She was so helpful that help me escort my old age parents to ferry terminal waiting area. Also help me to carry my stuff to check in immigration due to I need push my sit with wheelchair parent. Good arrangement for Bus 3 .. all timing on time . Nothing to complains . She do her job super well .as not easy to handle with so many people. Ming Qi 给你101赞👍👍👍 appreciated to have meet with such good tour leader -Ming Qi(加油👏🏻）hope that if I have hint the next trip you will still be our tour leader !😘🥰 Also want to thank you our cheerful / helpful driver. 👍👍👍
