Kala is a great instructor who explains everything clearly and in detail. I loved the topics, and the hands-on experience with all the social media platforms made learning even more effective.

Had the AI training course taught by Philip. Course was light hearted but informative at the same time. Was worried that the lesson may be dry and boring but Philip made the session entertaining, fun and interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed my session and picked up on many useful tips and tools on utilising AI for both image creation and music generation. Really recommended for those who are interested to attend it. Course can also be fully funded by skills future 👍🏼

I attended the WSQ Engage Service Excellence Course on 10th and 11th September, and it honestly felt life-changing. I really appreciated that Su-Yin didn’t just go through the textbook as that would have been dry and forgettable. Instead, she asked thought-provoking questions that got me reflecting and connecting with myself on a deeper level. I also truly appreciated how she got us out of our comfort zones, like getting us to switch seats. It may have seemed like a small thing, but by the end of the class, it felt like everyone had become friends, like we had known each other for a long time. Su-Yin is incredibly charismatic and captured our attention effortlessly. I’m very thankful to James Cook Institute for the opportunity to attend her course. She is such a valuable instructor, and I feel lucky to have learned from her.

I am very glad and greatly appreciated with the help of the training consultant, Zu Yang, who help me a lot for registering, providing me with the informations for the courses before I take up courses like Skill Future for Digital Workplace, Enhancing Productivity with Copilot and Generative AI at work. I also want to say thank you to Kenneth Wong, a very good Trainer, who taught me the basic foundations on AI and given me another level up in this digital world in Skill Future for Digital Workplace courses.

The course was fantastic, largely thanks to our tutor, Mr. Eugene Tan. They didn't just teach from the textbook; they brought the subject to life with real-world examples and insights from their extensive industry experience. This practical knowledge was invaluable and something you can't get from reading alone. The instructors were not only experts in their field but also fantastic communicators who were always patient and willing to help.
