Bought necklaces and pendants from them. Nice designs but the necklace always tangle even when i store them in the pouch they provide. Each time the untangling process is quite tedious depending on how bad the tangle is. I never had this issue with other brands, maybe they can improve on their chain design

Dropped by mid-afternoon to pick up a gift for a close friend. I was hoping to grab something from the Rise & Shine collaboration, but it sold out once the online early access sales started.🥲 Nonetheless, had a pleasant experience at the physical store - the store assistant (sorry I didn't manage to get her name :')) was very friendly and helpful in trying on bracelets. Also got some of her suggestions on what looks good, and she also provided additional help that I didn't think of asking (e.g. if I needed gift wrapping and a card once she found out it's meant to be a gift) - something that I really appreciated! Thanks so much for the great in-store experience, no regrets heading down even though R&S sold out!☺️

I was really excited to receive this piece as I love the unique design. It’s an exquisite piece of Jewelry. I love how dainty it is and it’s one of its kind, every piece is not from the same cut. What made me really impressed to leave a review is the thought that goes into their packaging and presentation. While unwrapping it, I can imagine how much consideration they’ve made, even the cute little imprinted shapes on the box. Love their pocket scrunchie as well. ❤️ Additional points for them for giving 10% back to charity, also using sustainable packaging and carbon neutral shipping. 🌏 I will definitely be a returning customer. X

Had a wonderful experience with Mondays Made. Ordered 2 pieces for an anniversary gift and went down to their store to self-collect. Process was very straightforward and fuss-free. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the sizes were a bit off initially as the ring sizes we currently use use a different measurement and had to exchange not once but twice 😅 Thankfully they were very accomodating and super understanding. 10/10 customer service, would recommend.

Bought the carved sakura ring in Jan 2025, and would occasionally wear it out. However, during my most recent wear, to my dismay, the sakura flower dropped off while en route to my destination, leaving me with a dull looking ring with just the leaves :( For $89, I expected better quality; Nonetheless, I have other accessories from them (necklace) and would say that their craftsmanship is intricate and unique Reached out to them on Instagram, and the service recovery was amazing! They offered me a replacement, citing that they've upgraded the craftsmanship ever since!

Brought my friend along to check out their rings with me, and she absolutely loved their moissanite eternity band! We tried on different colourways and each found our favourite 😍 As new members, we even enjoyed a nice discount ✌ The staff were patient and attentive, always ready to help whenever we needed. Went down to the actual shop to view the product before making a purchase online. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Received my bracelet in 3 days after ordering online, well packed and protected. Love the sustainable packaging.

Absolutely Incredible Service and product. Bought that beautiful Sunflower necklace for my partner for her birthday. At the time I was kinda worried that it wouldn't get there in time but it landed on the exact date. Message card option was simply lovely, loved the font, the card design was spectacular. And to whomever's idea it was to put a pocket scrunchie as well for the package.....here's a virtual Bear Hug for approximately 15 seconds 🐻🤗 . Because I may have taken the credit for that too, but youre the real Hero. 10/10 would definitely recommend
