Excellent, Superb, the best quality of care, service an Ophthalmologist and team can possibly provide. From start of consultation, pre op screening to post op screening, they take the time to instruct patients on very detailed explanation on what or why they do such safe practices. I have had the privilege of undergoing eye procedures under Dr Tan, Dr Suan, Rachel and team and I have to say they are probably the best eye clinic Singapore has to offer. Will 100% recommend anyone having any eye issues to go them for consultation and evaluation. Special mention to Dr A Tan B.Y for arranging post op transportation. They are the best eye clinic in Singapore without a doubt.

Dr Jerry Tan is knowledgeable and proficient with many years of experience under his belt. The clinic is well equipped with medical devices that help Dr Tan formulate a treatment for the best possible outcome. Had a successful LASIK surgery done here, grateful that I don't need to rely on glasses anymore. The staff is affable, providing a pleasant experience every step of the way, from pre-operation to post-operation. Furthermore, Dr Tan even cured a skin issue I was unaware about. Overall, great results and would highly recommend.

A highly skilled surgeon with 20+ years of experience, the most advanced medical devices available, superb support staff to guide you every step of the way and amazing post operative care. All of this creates a great patient experience and increases your chances of success. I've gone from -3.5 in both eyes to perfect 20/20 vision - I am very happy with the results! This place is worth every cent you pay. When it comes to your eyesight, you don't want to go cheap like with other providers. Would highly recommend.

Go see Dr Tan if you can afford to : 1. Wait for well over an hour to see a specialist for all of 5 mins, 2. Be put through a battery of different machines which will take another 30 mins and cost you a few hundred dollars for photos and eye pressure results when you come back each time, 3. Spend close to $1000 for your annual check up where the doctor barely spends 30 seconds looking at the results from Item 2 above. I have since left to see another specialist of equal qualification at Mt E and my annual bill now is about 1/4 of what I used to pay at Jerry Tan Clinic. And I spend less than half the time waiting !

Dr Jerry Tan is an extremely knowledgeable, reliable and compassionate doctor, having treated my grandmother's eyes since he was in SNEC and performed lasik on my aunt, my mum, my cousin and for myself (recently). After more than 26 years all of them still have perfect vision without any problems. Dr Tan and his staff are all very friendly and professional in providing top notch services. They will walk patients through the entire surgical process with clarity and put their safety as their top priority. The entire process was very reassuring with the quality service provided by Dr Tan and his team with personal coaching during the actual surgery. I'm extremely grateful that under Dr Tan's expertise and his team's care i have achieved better than perfect vision with seamless recovery! Truly an exceptional experience!

I have done Lasik @ Jerry Tan Eye Surgery for 1 year. Today I took a nap on a table, with my left eye press against my bicep while folding arms. I fell asleep around 4:20 p.m. and woke up around 4:50 p.m. with the same posture. When I woke up, I realized my left eye vision was blurred!!! It was estimated (by myself) to be 2 times blurrier than my right eye😱😱😱😱 I had myself rested for 10 minutes; however, the blurriness did not disappear. I messaged Dr. Jerry Tan immediately at 5:03 pm. God Bless, he messaged me back in half an hour at 5:31pm💖💖💖💖 and already booked me a next-day appointment out of his busy schedules🌻 I am so gratefulll🌷 At 8 p.m., I gained back my original vision. I do feel it's a false alarm. However At the point where my left eye vision was 2 times worse than my right eye (I can't see people’s faces within 2 meters with my left eye😳😳😳😳😳😳) I almost thought I was going to lose my vision; I rather lost ten years of life for my eye. Luckily, human bodies are kind of strong builds, but remember, everyone’s body has some deviation. I really, really urge everyone reading my message to be alert. Wether you have done your surgery on your eye or not, please, please DO NOT sleep on your eyes👀👀👀👀👀 The posture increases your eye pressure and leads to blood vessel obstruction; your corneal might swift and displace, which leads to temporary corneal folds or, at worst, permanent!!!!!!!!! Not even when you sleep, even when you are doing other exercises, use whatever safety precautions to protect themmm😤😤😤😤 I am so glad I chose Dr. Jerry Tan💗💗💗💗💗💗 Thank you for your prompt response. At least I knew that someone who knows his stuff is by my side; it gave me some serenity to calm down. Doing eye laser surgery is still one of the BEST choices I have ever made.🪴 If you also did this surgery, please don’t take it for granted. Love your eyes as if they were your one and only treasure. Loving yourself before loving others because when it’s your turn to love others, you will know what’s empathy and grace. Dr. Tan and his staff had given us a beautiful start; it’s on us to maintain and prolong the surgery’s result. Dr Jerry Tan is a very passionate doctor who will spend his time explaining to me on my eye condition. I started seeing Dr Tan when I my vision deteriorated. His clinic at first glance gave me the warm feeling of being at home rather than being at clinic. My astigmatism increase quite a bit and I had dry eyes. Dr Tan and his staff explained to me thoroughly on what is happening to my eyes. A few trick here and there by Dr Tan, my eyes are perfectly well now and I no longer suffers from dry eyes. And I’m pretty happy with my new pair of glasses. 😉 Highly recommend if you are looking for a compassionate and friendly doctor to take care of your eyes. Not forgetting all the friendly and smiling staffs of his that make you always want to visit his clinic and not others.

Amazing experience from pre-visit inquiry over the phone all the way till post surgery follow ups. Got to know of Jerry Tan via word-of-mouth from my friend. Price range is definitely on the more premium side, but so is their excellent service, delivery and support! I first spoke to Rachel over the phone, who is one of the most bubbly, patient, knowledgeable and experienced support staff, ever. The process started from a pre-lasik assessment (a very very comprehensive one done that took 5 hours) --> detailed instructions on what kind of lasik is performed, and how to prepare for it --> surgery day which is went absolutely smoothly (Jerry Tan is extremely skillful and all their staff are very reassuring and supportive) --> and then finally several post-surgery follow ups to make sure your eyes are recovering well. I got perfect vision only less than a day after surgery for each eye. I don't experience any night glares or halos that people commonly complained about when they did lasik elsewhere. Despite how experienced and skillful he is, Jerry Tan still consistently travels abroad for conferences to ensure his skillset and equipment are up to date. In early January I woke up with a problem in my left eye. Upon the recommendation of the family doctor, I consulted Dr. C. Pang. First the reception at the Jerry Tan Eye Surgery was a pleasant experience. Warm welcome by the person at the reception desk and the person doing the various eye checks was very professional, caring and reassuring. Then I met Dr. C Pang. Do not be surprised by how young she appears! That was the first impression but she is really excellent and explained very well my eye problem and the treatment to be followed. I just completed my second treatment and as usual, it was a great customer experience. I strongly recommend her.

The execution of the surgery was exemplary with the entire team demonstrating their high profesionalism which kept me at ease and confident.
