Food was satisfactory, but in view of the quantity, it is a little pricey. Service was polite and fast. Not too crowded, hence a good place for a catching up with friends.

-previous estro was better. I think they have changed the concept or management. (Previously the coffee taste better and has wifi) -currently. not work friendly anymore. I used my own hotspot. Came here for convenience and ambience only but till always be annoyed by their rules. - 1 pax can only use 1 small table until I said I need space to eat right? (When it’s morning and no crowd) , then I’m forced to let go table again (no crowd) because 1 pax is 1 table. Advise to ask for a bigger singe table. - food wasn’t consistent. The duck wasn’t as soft this time. I think it’s just microwaved meat. Don’t think I want to pay the price for such food and service anymore unless I want the ambience. (Usually a lot of seats available and quieter) -coffee does not taste as good anymore. Will walk slightly further to marks and Spencer in the future.

Service staff more Polite than the other restaurants typically which is amazing and rare Quite empty during lunch time. Haha After u eat , they will ask if everything ok and humbly request u to help make a google review which i dun mind doing Self payment on app can use apple pay But aircon got a stale smell maybe fr the mall itself system Heh.

Food was hot and curry was not too sweet. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the meal and the ambience of the cafe. A nice spacious cafe to have a slow lunch and relax.

I had a wonderful experience at Estro Coffee. The ambiance, food and especially the service was great! The staffs are very accommodating. It was my first time dining here and definitely will not be the last. 😊

got the chicken curry rice bowl set, the drink is slightly diluted but is okay. chicken curry rice is quite yummy, portions are sufficient and the chicken is crispy also got a matcha latte (not in photos), was on the sweeter and dilute side service was very good though! very attentive overall, even helped to wipe and dry the table for us to use our laptops ☺️

Really nice place to work from, food was okay but drinks were really interesting and nice! Let us stay to work as long as it wasnt crowded (which it didnt really get aside from lunchtime) slightly pricey though, mainly because their menu doesn't include GST and SVC and u feel a bit cheated after seeing the price jump at the payment

First visit to this place, wasn’t keen on pancakes initially but the waitress, Joyce was very friendly, patient and started sharing with me on the special New York Oatmeal Griddle Cakes which can have option of sweet and savoury. Her sincerity moved me to give it a chance and I am so pleased after trying! Great service does makes a great difference! It creates the positive experience that makes the food taste better 💖keep up the good work. I will return to enjoy good food and excellent service by Joyce❣️

The oatmeal griddle cake is made fresh to order, with crispy thin edges and a moist, tender centre, served with their homemade cinnamon molasses. It’s perfect to enjoy alongside a few sides for a hearty meal! We don’t usually go for creamy pasta, but the miso carbonara was surprisingly delicious. My favourite though was the salad — packed with a variety of ingredients offering different textures and flavours. I’ll definitely be back for this again! We paired our dishes with their Sea Salt and Matcha series. Loved the Bloom & Bean (a tea-and-coffee combo), while the Pistachio Matcha was nutty and aromatic.

This was one of the most disappointing café experiences I've had to date. We were there at around 5pm on 8 Jul 2035. While the kitchen staff were friendly and approachable, the service from the female staff member at the front was subpar and left a lasting negative impression. It began when we requested to sit at a 4-seater couch, as we had bags and planned to do some work. Instead of accommodating us, she curtly told us the area was "reserved"—despite the café being only about 50% occupied at the time. We stayed for over two hours, and even by the time we left, those “reserved” seats remained completely empty. Perhaps they were reserved for invisible guests. We also noticed that customers seated outside the couch area were offered “bag carriers” for their belongings. However, no one offered us one. In a service-oriented industry, this kind of assistance should be provided proactively—not overlooked. Given the dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service, we won’t be returning.
