The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr. Serene Wu, and she explained everything clearly and patiently, which made me feel really comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic was also very clean and well-maintained.

Have been working with Dr. Ng, who has been very knowledgable, attentive and caring. She will come up with treatment plants for improved teeth alignment. Also helped me fix my retainer that had been uncomfortable before. Can only strongly recommend. 🙏 The clinic is clean and modern. Top floor of Wheelock Place.

Avoid Nuffield Dental Jewel at Wheelock! Had a horrible experience with severe toothache and was left feeling frustrated. After taking an X-ray, the dentist Dr Surinder barely touched the surface, doing some superficial pricking without really digging deep although it hurts a lot, to address the issue. No real solution offered, just told to gargle, wait and see and take Panadol. Unbelievable that such a dentist exist. As i was still in a lot pain after session at Nuffield, I Went straight to Coden and where Prof Ho Kee Hai worked magic! Thorough cleaning, removed a lot of dirt stuck between my gums and molars, and was super gentle and comforting throughout. He reassured me at every step, making the whole experience painless. By the time I left, my toothache was GONE. What a difference a good dentist makes! 1/5 stars for Nuffield Wheelock, 5/5 stars for Prof Ho Kee Hai at Coden Dental!

I have always been nervous about going to the dentist until I met Dr Peter from Nuffield Jewel. He is very calm and patient, and explains the whole process during and after. He also gives options and time for me to consider, which is different from other dentists I have seen before. Definitely would recommend seeing him if you're not a fan of seeing a dentist.

I had a very bad abnormal toothache for two days and Dr Serene Wu from Nuffield Dental had done a very very good diagnosis and job on me. She is so friendly,cautious,patient( comfort you as and when to keep you calm,easy and forget about pains),gentle and light to handle your pains to reduce minimum or none pain to her best. My tooth had few broken lines and in between extraction it got stuck and she was so skilful and gentle to get it done. During implant session I don’t feel pains and was fast and good. When I reached home I ate one plate of rice without difficulty. Thanks Dr Serene Wu so much and I highly recommend her for her skilful works.

​Dr. Joseph handled my case since the beginning. He was thorough in explaining every step of my gum treatment and making sure I understood what was happening. I really appreciate how patient and kind he was throughout the process. Thanks to his care, my gums are healthier than they've been in years. I highly recommend him to anyone needing gum treatment.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Emmaline Ng for three years now, and I truly appreciate the excellent care she has given me. When I first came to her, I had many cavities and one severely broken tooth, she carefully treated each tooth issues and helped me recovering my teeth in very good condition. She is always attentive during treatments, making sure I feel comfortable, and she consistently follows up on my recovery and long-term dental health. I’m very grateful for her professionalism, patience, and dedication. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dentist. 黄医生👩‍⚕️人好，选她！！

Service was good, ambience was nice. Just a little cold because it is pretty empty on a weekday morning. Had the crispy duck hash which was very balanced in nutrition but it didn't really excite my taste buds. I felt the value of the dishes on the menu is pretty good and I would return to try more dishes.

My wife, kid, and I decided to have dinner here on a weekday after shopping at M&S. The place was almost empty—just two other customers—so we thought, “Why not give it a try?” We ordered: • Iced Peach Serenity Oolong • Miso Carbonara Chicken • Crispy Duck Hash • Big Breakfast Order time: 7:59 PM First to arrive: The drink came in about 5 minutes—pretty nice, no complaints. Food timings & ratings: • 8:11 PM – Big Breakfast: 5/10. Just… meh. Honestly, I prefer McDonald’s. • 8:18 PM – Miso Carbonara Chicken: 5/10. Another “so-so” dish. • 8:24 PM – Crispy Duck Hash: My wife liked it, but it looked more like a salad to me, with barely any meat. Because the food came out at such different times, we all ended up eating separately 🙄. Service: • The first lady who served us was polite and friendly. • The other server (with heavy lashes) wasn’t as pleasant—she just came over with the receipt and said, “You order this ah?” Not exactly the warmest tone. We were thinking of trying dessert, but after tasting the mains, we decided to skip it—better to play safe. The bill came to $58 for everything. Overall, based on my experience, I wouldn’t come back. Of course, this is just my personal opinion—others might feel differently.
