this used to be the "official" bar zone for US Navy and Marines .. but they don't drink here anymore. seediness still lingers, but good cheaper eateries remain - Isle is recommended

Without pubs & cafe, Orchard Tower become ghost town, unlike before OT is happening, nothing much to look for at OT nw even after office hour...most business there bungkus (folded)...the vibes at OT subside drastically no life at all...

Mall is slowly but surely cleaning up it's image. New F&B places has open up and sleezy massage places and pubs have closed. One of the more affordable food places in town
