Excellent service by the retail team and TikTok customer service! I ordered a pair of MUUT sunglasses from their TikTok live but it did not suit me. Contacted them and they very quickly arranged for an exchange in their store. 3 KPLUS store staff members went above and beyond in terms of being so helpful and attentive to me, providing great recommendations for frames that suited my face shape. I left the store feeling so happy and satisfied because of their staff. Great great retail experience and seamless exchange process and I just want to say a very big thank you to all of you! ❤️

Had a very pleasant shopping experience here. The staff provided excellent service and helped recommend frames that suit my face shape. I have been wearing my new glasses from them for almost a month now and I can confidently say I love it! It’s very comfortable and stylish. After visiting this shop, I realised that finding the right optician is like finding the right hairstylist, once you do, you will never want to go anywhere else 😬 Highly highly recommend Sally whom attended to me! When I visited K plus, she immediately knew what would suit my face shape and recommended several styles, including styles I never thought I could pull off. I genuinely loved every single pair she suggested and had such a hard time choosing. I’m usually not someone who splurges on glasses (they’ve always been more of a necessity to me), but lol I ended up walking away with 3 pairs cause they look so good for different occasions / vibes. Plus the brand she sells is from New Jeans 😍 hahahaha. Sally was also incredibly detailed in her explanations and super easy to talk to. The experience is so different from other neighborhood / indie / mass market optical shops, none of them really bothered about which suited my face shape, usually they'll recommend me to just go along with what I like. I’ll definitely be coming back to find her again. Hope she stays at this shop for a long time.

First timer here and walked in with fantastic guidances from Sally. Sally has provided great services; ensuring she meet my glasses preference and expectations, further analysis my face shape then proceed to take her time recommending me various styles. As a picky person, I really appreciate her time and patience in helping me. Throughout the making, I feel so comfortable with her and able to express my concerns. Sally's service is super excellent. She is very experienced and take my eyesight measurement with careful and serious attitude which make me feel that I will definitely get a very good pair of spec. She make me feel very comfortable and easy to talk with all my quiries and explained with all options for me to choose. I will definitely come back to her again for my next sunglasses.
