Update on 30 Sep 2023. We were so mesmerised by the B&O Explore Ferrari edition we bought from our last visit - both in terms of the red colour & the sonic performance - that we went back to get another, to pair up as a stereo. Was attended to by Pat, who was more than pleased to do us a demo, and took the time & effort to set up a pair of Explore to let us have a listen. The Explore sounds great as a single unit, but when paired in stereo they are fabulous. It added a new dimension. Pat was patient, generous and thoughtful to also let us try and audition some other products in the showroom. We ended up with another Ferrari Explore and a set of Ferrari Beoplay EX earphones - our second visit and second purchase in two weeks. We had an absolutely wonderful time in the store. Thoroughly enjoyed the exemplary service, and the warm and sincere attention Thank you Pat and everyone in B&O Scotts! Was attended to by Agnes, who took the time to introduce us the various products, explaining to us the features, and the technology behind. The service was exemplary, warm and attentive. We had a pleasant time in the store, and enjoyed the excellent shopping and purchase experience.

I would like to compliment ’Agnes Sui’ for her excellent customer service! I experienced a ‘payment’ issue when preordering an earpiece, and Agnes followed up promptly to check on the payment status. In the end, I was able to get my favorite earpiece! Thank you, Agnes, for your wonderful service!

Very spacious store, too bad went after Christmas season. Most of the collection was sold out. Staffs were very friendly

Emily was super attentive and helpful without being too pushy. Excellent salesperson Wanen was really kind very fast to take pieces from the stockroom. Checkout at cashier was smooth. Reagan is really cute:)

Went over for the 30% store wide sale. Reached the door at 8:38pm and was denied entry by a red haired girl even though the store was not crowded at all. She did not even come out to explain or speak to the customers waiting outside to cue. She simply did this 🙅🏻‍♀️ and went about her day. Video online said the store closes at 9:pm. We would understand if the store started closing at 8:45-8:50 but 8:38 seems unreasonable. Will not shop at carhartt sg at all. Horrible service.

Made a trip down to this store and tried to pick up some pants. Picked up a few and was told in a manner that no customer should experience. The staff weren’t helpful and one of them should really be trained in his soft skills instead of using of telling us off. His attitude borderlines between making customers look like idiots and looking down on you as an individual. Really should step up in their service or prolly go look for another job.
