I don't think the rates here are very good. Even my neighbourhood exchange shop is better. I have a feeling quite a few of these reviews are fake. They keep having repeating reviews. 18000 Vietnamese dong on the shop compared to the actual rate 18630 on Google. It's absolutely terrible rate. The Taiwan rate is also terrible. 23.6 compared to the 24.11 rate on Google. Terrible.

[Update] After my previous (now editted) comment, the owner showed genuine intention to resolve the issue. When I returned, the staff apologized and did not pressure me to delete the review in order to get a refund. The final exchange rate was adjusted to 1 SGD = 115 yen. I’ve changed my rating to 4 stars, as the issue did cost me extra time. Hopefully, similar mistakes won’t happen too often in the future.

Reliable and trustworthy I’ve used Lion City Money Changer a few times, and they've always given competitive rates. Slightly long queue during weekends, but worth the wait.

the chicken is the highlight here - shatteringly crisp yet juicy, and flavourful. my favourite sauces are the red and green chilli but be warned, even the lowest level of red is fiery (get the iced passion fruit drink to fight the burn)! add a sunny side up egg on top (always done nicely runny) for a super satisfying meal.
