Honestly, terrible service from start to end. I'm questioning how legitimate the other reviews are. I'm an actual consumer and person should you doubt my review. Just my advice: take your business elsewhere to refrain from emotional distress. I had dropped of my doc martens for deep cleaning. They said it would usually take 3 days, but due to high volume they needed 1 week. However, after 1 week I had heard nothing from them. The website Shoemo provided to check the progress of my shoe is basically useless as they only had 3 status (see picture) i.e. it was "In Process" for 2 weeks... I had to call them at 1.5 week before they promised to get it ready by end of week. Not having any choice, I waited. Come Sunday (pick up day), I came around 2.30 pm and saw the store light shut off + door locked with no sign notifying they were out for lunch. I only found out they were out for lunch by sending a message on Instagram... Yes, Instagram. Because I called all the phone numbers and voila, no one picked up - why am I surprised. I waited for 30 mins eventually. When the staff finally passes me my docs... I found that they totally scrubbed off the top bit to smithereens (see picture). The inside of my top bit was peeling when I dropped it off. But rather than attempt to preserve, they peeled the exterior right off too. As completion was late and I'm flying off to the UK tomorrow I honestly don't have time nor the energy to get a new pair of shoes. If I knew this was what was gonna happen I would've honestly gone ahead to buy a new pair of shoes as opposed to spend $40 to piss myself off.
