I used to come here regularly for 2+ years. However the quality had seriously degraded as they lost their good technicians and prices went up. Quality of the work for basic gel mani pedi is an issue. photos as the work was completed.

Quality and service has gone down since they moved down to 2nd floor. I asked for a service listed on their website (which I have done before) and they have no idea what it is. Staff are busy chatting loudly amongst themselves and not even looking while exfoliating your skin or filing your nails. Only one of their staff members, fluent in English and Chinese, was helpful, and had to keep translating for the other staff. If I hadn’t signed a package years ago (at their 5th floor, with their old staff), I wouldn’t come here at all.

Alan is all charm but then charges exorbitant prices. He made no effort to offer me an itemised tax invoice. His prices were double, if not triple, what could be obtained elsewhere. My mistake was I trusted him and took my eftpos docket, thinking the invoice was attached. When I saw the entry on my statement I was astounded. I went and asked for an explanation but was only offered a paltry discount. Offensive. If you buy from this guy, check every price closely and insist on tax invoice.

0 stars. got charges 29 dollars for a film, which is crazy. the most i have paid for film is 17.5. didn’t asked how much it was cause i thought it would cost me at least less than 20 dollars. THIS SHOP IS A SCAM

I do NOT recommend this shop! There are no visible price tags and things a extremely overpriced. In the beginning the shopowner seemed really nice. After I confronted him about his exorbitant prices, he became rude and started yelling at me. He said there was nothing I could do, that he had been here for many years, and that I just had to put up with it.

If you ever need anything for your camera, phone anything electronic come here! This place provides such amazing service but on top of that the owner is amazing. He is so kind, funny, sweet and truly so helpful. He gave us discounts and helped us with anything we needed. He is always smiling, such an amazing atmosphere and person. Will be coming back here all the time

After buying something from this shop, I quickly checked its price online and was shocked to see it was being sold for three times less elsewhere. I went back immediately, hoping to discuss the price. Instead, the store own Allen shouted at me, insulted me and told me I should not challenge him since he’d been in business for decades. When I mentioned the price difference of over $100, he simply said “too bad” and refused any solution. I felt humiliated, intimidated, and completely unheard. I would not recommend anybody who wants a fair deal or a fair treatment from this guy.

I recently made a purchase here and found out shortly after that the same item was available online for about a third of the price I paid in the store. I returned right away, hoping they would at least acknowledge or explain the huge price difference. Instead, Allen the owner became defensive, raising his voice and mocking me. He refused to discuss anything, repeating that there was no refund once the transaction was done. It felt like a very unfair way to treat a paying customer. Please do not shop in this place if you dont want to be cheated and scammed.

Be aware!😰 When you enter you will be greeted by the most joyous and precise guy! I was looking for a film camera battery, he knew exactly which model before i even opened the pouch. I think thats enough said, look at how skilled and happy he looks! God bless you, and thank you for sharing your genuine character. Long live Singapore.

I recommend reading the lower-star reviews for a fuller picture rather than relying only on the 4.5-star average. Giving 2 stars mainly because I didn’t do my research beforehand. I needed film urgently and trusted the rating — that’s on me. I paid $25 for one roll of Kodak Color Plus 200. Later, I found it online for nearly half the price. I initially assumed it was due to physical store overhead, but I came across another physical shop later where the same film was $16.90. When I entered, the uncle was speaking with two young girls looking at film cameras. After they decided not to buy, he said, “Then why you ask me take out the box from the glass cabinet, you can see without taking out what.” That comment felt a little curt and gave me pause — in hindsight, maybe I should’ve trusted my instincts. When I asked how much the Kodak film was, the uncle said, “$25.” I asked, “For one?” and he replied, “Of course for one only,” quite bluntly. To be fair, he was friendlier after I made the purchase. I’ve seen several reviews highlighting great service here, and that may be the case for many. But based on what I experienced and overheard, the level of service might depend on whether a purchase is made.
