Quality and service has gone down since they moved down to 2nd floor.
I asked for a service listed on their website (which I have done before) and they have no idea what it is.
Staff are busy chatting loudly amongst themselves and not even looking while exfoliating your skin or filing your nails. Only one of their staff members, fluent in English and Chinese, was helpful, and had to keep translating for the other staff.
If I hadn’t signed a package years ago (at their 5th floor, with their old staff), I wouldn’t come here at all.

I used to come here regularly for 2+ years. However the quality had seriously degraded as they lost their good technicians and prices went up.
Quality of the work for basic gel mani pedi is an issue.

I used to come here a few times for nail art and was quite happy with the results. However, ever since they lost their usual technician, the quality has gone downhill. The current technicians are honestly terrible—even basic nail filing is done poorly. I specifically requested an almond shape, but just look at the result… it’s nothing like what I asked for. I’m extremely disappointed.
What made it worse was the attitude. The guy who did my nails just laughed when I told him it wasn’t almond-shaped, then casually asked his friend to take over. This is unacceptable. PLEASE train your technicians properly.

Got my nails done here and I am not satisfied at all. First, it took 3+ hours which is a ridiculous amount of time for a quite simple design. Second, during the process, the bonder the nail lady used burned my finger and is still very painful. Third, I did not get my desire shape, length or design even after I asked the nail lady multiple times to change certain parts. Despite all this, I tried being patient about the undesired look of my nails even after I told the lady multiple times about what I wanted and did not complain about the pain. When the process neared 3.5 hours, I made the design much simpler and took out any charms that were included in the original design. At this point I was already unsatisfied and did not see a reason to continue as none of my requests to change the length or shape were being taken into consideration and I did not want to spend any longer in midst of loud, yelling workers. When I asked for a price negotiation because I did not receive what I wanted, one lady was quite rude and was not willing to negotiate. I explained that I did not add any charms from the original design, didn't get my desired length or thickness even after asking many times and was in a lot of pain from the burn caused by the bonder. She was still unwilling and did not apologise for my uncomfortable experience. When I started getting visibly upset, they decided to give me a 5 dollar "discount". I paid almost full price for something I didn't get and was poorly done. The nails are very chunky and looks nothing like the reference picture. The fourth picture is what I asked for and the fifth picture is what I received.

Paid $55 for Pedi and Medi at the level 5 shop. More expensive than the other shops by $5 to $10, but that’s fine because they have a nice storefront. However the result was one of the worst. Rushed work, medi and pedi were done in approx 20-25 mins, no careful attention given especially on the fingers. Look at the result of the fingernails cut, so uneven, crooked and long short, what kind of nonsense? I would have cut them myself a 100 times better. During the treatment, how can the therapist expect the customer to stretch the left arm to the right side for their convenience? Should she not move to the left side to attend to the left hand? It was so awkward. Even the underside of the nails were not properly cleaned. I will attend to my nails again and I will not return to this place.

jo !
got acrylic extensions done here for prom and they were beautiful :) staff were kind and answered my questions about pricing of add-ons, etc before starting work (no hidden pricing!). they did try to persuade me to get packages and spend more, but i guess that’s just part of their job.
nails ended up lasting beyond the 2-3 weeks that i had expected, and were still sturdy after the 4.5 week mark!
overall service was very lovely, especially worthwhile due to their student discount :)

Friendly manicurists. They had a great gelish offer, and I signed up for a package that seems worth it, for now. I love their selection of colours. But I felt that they could give better attention to detail, though, as the colours and depth of polish seem uneven on my toes, and the length of nails on my hands weren't matched on left and right. However, they were receptive when I asked for these changes to be made. Next time, I might ask that they start the colour closer to the base of the nail. Will update at next visit!

Salivan beauty clinic is the best nail place in Singapore to go to if you're new to doing your nails! All the staff are incredibly friendly and warm. They're also pretty affordable. Judy and one other nail tech (didn't catch her name) did my nails. Judy did the design and did a phenomenal job. She was very gentle and precise. 10/10 recommendation! :)

The nails are so beautiful and elegant, even look better than the samples I showed to them. Price is fair as well! Strongly recommended!
Elsa is really nice and I will definitely come to her next time
