Have been doing my eyebrow embroidery with Fanny for many years. Her skill is very good. The service is good too.

Joey and Elle helped my friend and eye thread our eyebrows. Elle was very caring towards my friend as it’s her first time and Joey provided excellent threading services, using a pencil to dictate where she would thread and why, before she started. When I asked if she could trim the front of my brows, she gave very good reasoning as to why not (my brows are too short and would result in very spaced out brows). She also helped me to put aloe vera gel on my upper lip after she saw my looking at it. Very professional! And on top of all that, no hard selling!! Perfect service, excellent clean and spacious store. Will definitely come again. $15 for threading and $8 for upper lip

Few days ago my first visit in Eyebrow City, Joey who was at the counter, she's not pushy but friendly and clearly explained the eyebrows price in details. Then Elle who's the Eyebrows master/Stylist also very smiley, trying to explain more in order to let me understand the process of eyebrow embroidery or so... I'm a scary cat who afraid of pain but after listening to these ladies explanation, i feel very comfortable over here. Thank you so much ladies 💖💖💖🤗 Then yesterday i went back to have my eyebrow done. So Fanny the eyebrows Master/stylist who did my Korea soft eyebrow embroidery. It was a wonderful painless experience, she makes me feels at ease and chatting with me while she was doing my eyebrows. At last you can see results of my wonderful eyebrows 👍 Yes thankful to Fanny who did her great job and Joey thanks for keeping me company too, hahaha...😁 Then Elle came to see me and greet me with beautiful smile. Chanced upon the shop randomly. Saw it was full! Checked on google with good reviews and decided to ask for price. Thankfully there was a cancellation and i was able to do my eyebrows embroidery. Thanks to Amy for explaining to me and checking for availability. Praises and shouting out to Elaine! She was a perfectionist, gleaming with joy after my brows were done. So glad i am able to do my brows and met an artist that is able to shape my brows to my liking.

Elle and Sandy are very knowledgeable of their products and provided excellent customer service. Every time I visit the shop, they make me feel comfortable and I came out feeling good about myself.

Excellent service! The technicians are skilled and detail-oriented. I highly recommend this place. Although the price is quite high (threading - $18), it’s worth every cent. The staff are kind and friendly. I had a great experience!
