If you are looking for a good tailor and service, this is not the place. When i went for fitting, it was muslin and not basted. Peter would come out with many ideas and answers from a book of excuses to avoid not adjusting any parts of the suit for you. Overall quality of the suit was bad. Vents were poorly put together, sleeves - after alteration were made even worse - tighter at the shoulder blade and it was popping outwards. All in all, terrible service, despite the highly attractive price of $300 for a half canvas 100% wool suit. Albeit, paying $300 resulted in the poor cutting and service.

My fiancé made a 2-piece suit and shirt at Sam’s and we were very impressed by their speed & dedication to their craft. Victor was the staff that attended to us and as first-time suit owners & makers, he was very patient and gave us the best recommendation based on our wedding location and longevity of the suit. We placed our order on 7 Mar and collected the entire outfit by 19 Mar, inclusive of 2 rounds of fitting = that’s just 12 days?! Victor even threw in 2 complementary pieces of pocket squares for us! We highly recommend Sam’s Custom Tailors to any & everyone looking to make a suit :) Lastly, we are so grateful that we found a tailor that went beyond our needs & delivered the perfect outfit before our expected date (26 Mar). We will be back for more! p.s. Look for Victor when you’re at the store - he has a decade of experience on his belt and provides unbiased advice for your needs!

Got my conch piercing here yesterday, was my first needle piercing. The piercer asked whether I had sensitive skin and recommended 2 types of piercings. The piercing itself hurt a bit but after than everything was good! The piercer went over the aftercare process and told me about the posssibilities and how to prevent infections.

I did an aftercare consultation and bought their seasalt solution and stud! Honestly the piercer was very professional , and shared tips on how to properly care for my piercing ( I have an annoying piercing bump) . Very nice and friendly staff too. Everything was perfect and extremely sanitised! Would def come back here for new piercings in the future :)!!!!

Nicol is wonderful. Highly recommend her services. She is professional and helpful and kind. I had changed my earring too early and it had got infected and she helped me to get the piercing back in. Was very professional and reassuring. Thanks a lot Nicol!! I will be back!

Came here for a nose piercing. Technically my first ever piercing (had my ears dont when i was a baby so i dont know how that felt). Piercer was very nice and answered my million questions patiently, the actual piercing was swift and almost painless. The piercer also addressed the kind of jewelry that are suitable for my anatomy. Would definitely return for my next piercing.

Staff Nicole is the best!! She did my piercings 2 years ago, so when it closed up because i didn’t put a stud in for too long, i went back to her. the whole procedure is painless and fast, proper sanitising measures of hands and studs were in place way before covid. Nicole is very easy to talk to, professional and always dish out advice on aftercare. I’ve always recommended her to all my friends who are looking to do piercings, so do look for her when you’re there!

Got my helix pierced by Nicol here! He was really thorough with explaining everything. The procedure went really smoothly and was practically painless. It was performed super fast too, I was literally in the shop for less than 5 minutes. Would recommend this place for piercings!

I got my nipple pierced by Nicol 2.5 years ago and the whole time she was very reassuring and calm. She was very professional and quick too which relaxed me a lot. I recently got my cartilage pierced elsewhere and it got infected, I contacted her and she was so patient and helpful even though she wasn't the one who pierced it. Thanks Nicol for all your help!

Got my helix piercing done by Nicol. I am very nervous as this is my 1st experience to do cartilage piercing. Nicol is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patience to help client to relax.
