Good service, the nails turned out very nice, I 100% recommend!!

My nails are ruined. I’ve just been to my regular nail salon after having my nails down here. It was a bad move to go here. My nails are destroyed and to add insult to injury , my own personal tools which I always use: clippers cuticle scissors, files etc are not my own they mixed them up and only discovered today. Beyond annoyed. The girl who did my feet was not experienced and unable to file evenly. And nipped me a couple of times. No attention to detail. Didn’t even tidy polish after. Staff need to be trained.

Amazing service super sweet staff and really nice nails

Do Not Visit Unhygienic, Rude, Painful experience. Chanced upon this quiet nail parlour as my usual spot was full. Kiki, who was my manicurist clipped my nail bed instead of my cuticle and did not apologise instead she said “nevermind”. Thinking that it was an honest mistake I ignored and allowed her to continue with her work but when my finger continued to bleed I told her and she used her used towel to wipe and not dab on my wound. Then comes the french tips which were horribly fat and not straight so I had to tell kiki that i want the french tips thinner. Had to show her a picture cause she didn't know what thin means. She was not happy and filed my nails roughly hurting me again. Didn’t apologise again just looked at me blankly. The apologies only came when I told her i would write a review. Was horrified when i saw other patrons reviews.

Botched my nails - showed the stylist my inspo pic and she did not deliver the same results (inspo pic was a white ombré but ended up with sliver cat eye)? The ombré was not blended well as they did not use the proper tools, they used a brush to blend.. I also had to opt for extensions for one of my nails and the shape was so OFF. They can’t even shape nails properly. Attaching the mess they gave me and my inspo pic, you be the judge.

I have been with Levon Nail Spa for more than 5 to 6 years (couldn't remember). Every visit has been a good experience. Nobody likes the usual hard sell of packages/ products. Here, they have never once done that. Aside to that, my nails never break after having gelish manicure nor does it turn yellow. This also shows the quality of nail polish the salon uses, since I do encounter my nails becoming brittle/ turn yellow when I go to some random salon for a quick fix. Guess that is why I never switch salons. No fuss, Reasonable prices, Friendly. Highly Recommended. Picture of my nail design today :)

they were careful with the cuticle trimming. they will listen to ur needs and try their best to acheive ur desired results. they finish it off w cleaning n cuticle oil too. many colour variations to choose from too.

The overall feeling for me is not bad But some details are not handled in place It's a little tiring to communicate with the manicurist，But the whole is ok, and the price is within my acceptable range $135（CNY）

Nice design at reasonable price. She emphasizes to me many times that they take care of customer's nails & not just earning money. Overall satisfied with the design & service. Thank you Sally

Surprised at the other reviews...have to disagree. the service was above what was expected - i asked for a repair of a botched extension from another store and the staff only charged me for one nail but cut all my cuticles for free. the prices are reasonable and the staff is really kind. Not to mention the nail looks good. I will definitely come back.
