Chanced upon Hairfactor studio for a walk in haircut 4 years back by chance and it turned out to be such a good find! Affordable pricing and hairstylist Jennifer understood what i was looking for in a low maintenance female haircut. My issues were thin hair with flat roots so she cut it to help give it more volume, very satisfied with the cut. Went back subsequently for few more haircuts throughout the years and while they will offer add on treatments, they don’t hard sell which I appreciate. 👍🏼👍🏼 For treatments they will also explain step by step what they’re doing so i find that good as welll.

If you are looking for a friendly and professional salon to get your hair cut, this is the place to go. I have been patronising this salon for many years because the hairstylists, Jennifer and John, are really good at what they do. Everyone, in general, is very genuine in their interactions, and I enjoy my monthly sessions with them. Unlike other places, they don’t hard sell their products and services, which is why I don’t have to constantly worry about additional hidden costs.

My hair was done by Celven Lim, and I was totally satisfied with the result I wanted. Pretty sure I am coming back to do my hair again. Thanks a lot, Celven. 😎 …

I had an event to attend and had requested for my hair to be styled according to the theme of the party Fvyn was my stylist. He was very focused on creating the look and did an amazing job. Their wash and blow service is also of a good standard. In addition, I also appreciate that the stylists here do not engage in personal talk or gossip whilst serving the customers.

John is absolutely amazing! I’ve been coming to them for a while now, and they always exceed my expectations. John is a skilled and conscientious hair stylist. He is honest about what is achievable with hair and manages a clients' expectations to ensure that they leave satisfied. This is my second time back at Hair Factor and each time I have received guidance to help choose a hair colour that best complements my makeup and lifestyle. I will be back again!

John is the director of the salon, and he always does fantastic haircuts for me from short Bob to short layered hair. He always only starts cutting after checking my hair quality and preferences and communicated ideas with me to reach an agreement. John is very experienced, on top of that, he is also very meticulous on the very last detail. Good service and good environment. Have patronised this shop for quite a while, though I tried other salons (sorry to say I am disappointed), so I still return here. Pricing is reasonable for what you get, especially in Singapore. No fancy decoration but clean and bright. Like the style. The young man who shampooed my hair is very mindful and always checks if I am ok with the strength used. Am very happy with the whole experience and the hair cut and will go back again.
