Perfectly rejuvenated an old watch. Great collection of straps readily available for several models. Was told I needed to get mine customized with a 3-4 weeks wait at a shop in the same building but Lac Crado was able to replace them on the spot. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Definitely my preferred choice for future strap replacements.

My new Go-To store for leather goods. Exotic leathers and calf skins are of excellent quality, and workmanship is on par or better than most high fashion brands. Customer service is stellar. Staff are extremely helpful and kind.

Had a custom bag made with them. Loved the design and practicality of it. Do give them a patron if you want a certain bag but brands you fancy don’t seem to carry that style.
