ive been a member for 4-5 years and my nails are always perfect after getting them done here! my nails break very easily but the team always does a great job with the overlays and shaping so i always come back and don’t get them done elsewhere 🩷
Have been visiting this place for awhile now but the service and quality of work gotten way worse than before.
Gel nail starting to chip from the cuticle area a few hours after it has been done.
They offered to fix it which is great but after the fixing other nails started to chip as well. Very obvious from the side that the gel layer is coming off but the technician says it’s bound to be like that which definitely is not true!
Don’t recommend this place anymore! Don’t plan to come back too!
The nail artist had a really bad attitude. For the whole process she was very critical about my nails that were short and kept making questionable comments on it. And towards the end of the process, she kept on commenting things like (exact wording but translated from Chinese) ‘no body would choose the colour you chose’, ‘it doesn’t look nice at all’, ‘look at how you chose your colour and how your friend chose her colour (a nicer colour)’, ‘now you look like those kids who paint their nails for the sake of putting some colours on them’ etc.
I was quite shock that she would say something like this to a customer… I regret not confronting her as she said those things to me and reporting to her manager. But long story short, I don’t recommend this shop unless you want to pay and get some bad service.
amazing lashes, was skeptical at first since their social medias post more more nails. but i trusted the process and the person and it came out so pretty<3 exactly what i wanted just
Three weeks ago, I got my extensions done. Gradually, I noticed cracks forming on the nails. I was charged $200 for a base color and extension I won't be going back. 🙂
I chanced upon Lac Crado and decided to drop by for a watch strap replacement. Emmy attended to me and was extremely patient and detailed, taking the time to lay out the different strap options that would suit my watch. The replacement process was seamless and professionally done. Most importantly, the pricing is definitely one of the more affordable options in the market. Highly recommended.
Buy at your own peril.
Edit: LOL Emmy literally took a call her phone in between her neck and shoulder for at least 10 minutes. There was another guy in the shop who can be a witness - but of course a fellow staff won't testify. I am done here - you, the public, can decide whether I am just trying to damage this shop's integrity, or whether I am just saying facts.
---
Ordered a blue alligator watch strap for my IWC watch, and Emmy took 10 minutes trying to remove the original strap, and I heard multiple sounds of scratching metal before she finally gave up and had to call a colleague in, and then realized afterwards that she had the wrong side of the strap on and had to redo the process.
They then spent another 10 minutes trying to find the right spring bar for the tang buckle which was not installed beforehand. Emmy's colleague also struggled to install the tang buckle, having to remove the strap once more to do so.
Upon installation, I realized that Emmy had scratched my original IWC strap, which was not surprising when she struggled so hard to remove a simple strap. She and her colleague then wasted my time trying to deny scratching my strap and saying 'alligator leather is very hard to scratch'.
Basically, this shop is full of amateurs using amateurish tools without the skills to do what they are paid to do. Word of advice: shop elsewhere. And before the usual 'cant find your transaction' response, photo of my receipt is attached.
Edit: Forgot to mention, Emmy was also busy chatting on the phone while trying to install my strap - perhaps that's why she could not do it properly. In my 10 years of watch collecting, this is by far the worst experience with straps I have ever had!
2nd edit to respond to the shop:
Your whole response is about the scratch. Let's put aside the scratch for a moment. As you didn't respond to the other parts, I suppose you don't deny these points:
- Not including the tang buckle early despite my reminder
- Emmy's failure to remove the strap after multiple tries and having to call in her colleague to help
- Emmy installing my strap the wrong way round and having to redo it
- Emmy chatting on the phone while removing my strap
- Emmy's colleague also struggling to install the buckle and taking multiple tries
- The whole installation took like close to 25 or 30 minutes
You say you are committed to quality service - do the points above point to quality service? It points to poor skills and in the case of using the phone, poor service and attitude.
Now, going back to the scratch, everyone who knows watches knows that it is impossible to observe the whole process, the watch is small and the hands are blocking the view. I stand by the fact that there was no scratch before your installation, and you insist you did not scratch anything.
Taking all the bullet points above into consideration, I will let the public read my review and decide who to believe.
