Wah, so difficult to find! I was attracted to the large poster when I came out from one of the exits in Somerset MRT. I couldn’t find the way easily using the address I saw on the standing poster signage; the QR code“find us here” did not open. It took me thirty minutes to finally locate the store! The combined three malls make it a challenge, I think. It turns out it’s inside and beside a sneaker shoe store 🤦🏻♀️. It’s easier to find it from Orchard Road side. Okay, let’s get to the drinks. I wasn’t interested in the $2 deals but I can see why many students are attracted to it. I bought one of the Durian series. I was told the Durian Milky Shaky is yummy. Okay lah, for the price I paid, the durian ice-cream milk shake with a frozen cube (weighed) was average. Sorry, I’ve paid the same price for a bowl of durian dessert with the similar concept except without the milk part more worthwhile. I was disappointed with the hype. I did like the blue colored straw. I think the branding can be a little stronger. Currently the two large LED figures outside (above the escalator to B1), the inside kiosk concept, the panda and bamboo print on the plastic cup, and the blue straw is incohesive. It doesn’t have a strong impression of the brand. If it’s not the $2 deals for the students and the durian series, this is just another drink stores. This store has so many competitors! I hope the owners can work on the durian series and make it stands out. Not just for Orchard Road but for the whole island of Singapore! I really like the Singapore Special marketing concept. The staff can be friendlier and more helpful. One more thing - please change the small letter “e” to the capital letter if you want to stick to cursive. It looks like a big cursive letter, C!
