Went here for a root touch up. Salon was empty with one stylist. Should have been a red flag but I decided to try them. Stylist was not able to cover my grey’s!! His response was it’s not grey just a reflection from light. In general the salon is not very clean. I do buy shampoo and conditioner from them and the price is good. But getting any service in future is a big NO!!

Bought some Paul M shampoo, big thank you to Mika Lou and her colleague for their kind help and efficient service! Great range of product at good prices and great service.

Did a Korean perm at Tigi Salon over the weekend with a Fave voucher. The hair stylist, Alex, was excellent, friendly and gave me tons of good tips to maintain and style hair. The Korean perm was also rly well done with the right curl size. My hair is still soft days after the treatment, and still smells mildly of the vanilla-scented treatment product. I’m vv pleased with the outcome, and will definitely return for a second visit, if their non-fave voucher prices are friendly enough. :) and yes, there was zero hard-selling.

Great experience with Stylist, Reo. I asked for help to fix a bad hair dying job at another salon. I wanted brown but it came out red.. Reo helped me to color correct to the brown that I wanted. Amazing skills and good service, he is always smiling and kind to customers. Will come back and recommend. Prices are very reasonable especially for town area.

Service was very very very bad, I normally do not write reviews but this time I felt I had to. I used a fave voucher with my friend and the staff would not quit trying to hard-sell us packages and treatments that we did not need. They even insulted us, saying our hair quality was bad and that we were balding (we're both 23 year olds with a good healthy amount of hair). On top of that, the haircut that my friend got was ridiculously bad and sloppily done, she had to go to another barber just to get it fixed (the other barber was shocked at the standard of the haircut). She basically got a female version of a mullet, done in 15 minutes by the hairdresser with no effort put in whatsoever. Definitely avoid this hair salon at all cost.

I bought the perm and cut voucher from fave. Overall, it was quite a bad experience.. Also had to wait for a short while ~30mins before the stylist was available. After his initial analysis, he said my hair was too dry to perm (I had not done perm nor dye before) and requested to either cut my hair length or pay additional $50 for a protective solution (which ended up he only sprayed a few times to apply...). Thus I was indirectly forced to top up otherwise the perm voucher would go down the drain. The hair cut was also done unprofessionally as compared to my past experiences in the local malls. The perm also did not turn out nicely/stylish.

Not sure about the mixed reviews of this place but I'd definitely recommend this place. I got a complimentary voucher for a hair treatment (I voluntarily purchased some hair products above $100) and they didn't hard sell any of their treatment or products at all. For a free treatment it was definitely above my expectation. My hair was previously heat curled by a different salon and they curled them back for me. It looked great and was perfect. Thanks!

I went there before for a hair cut. It is done by a lady still quite alright. This time I went there for a hair perm. It is served by a rather fat guy with protruding stomach. Appointment is 11:30am. But the procedure start at 12pm because he is late and taking a meal. This is stated by him openly. It seems like a common practice to keep customer waiting. They also have the practice of styling, blowing their hair in front of the customers. What is worse is when I asked him how do you do hair cut for permed hair he replied "Anyhow cut". From the way, they handle the customer also highly depending on the stylist mood. Such as some receive a long massage during hair wash, whereas some are badly treated such as my case. He also talk without thinking twice whether it is an insult for commenting my white hair. Perhaps during our conversation something goes wrong or I did not purchase additional treatment but this is very unprofessional. I did not ask for the stylist name but this shop is highly not recommended to visit!

Will not recommend this place. First there's nobody answering the call in the morning. Then walked in and try to make prior appointment to redeem the bought vouchers from Shopback. The receptionist also one of the stylist didn't bother to serve or take in appointment and throw in comments such as "Usually those people who buy vouchers need to make appointment 24 hours prior". However, under terms and conditions of shopback didn't state so. Then she unwillingly put me to the appointment for 5pm. Got there 5.15pm and still no stylist willing to take me in because I'm the voucher buyer instead. The other stylist served other customers first. Felt that if this salon isn't willing to treat all customers the same then don't bother putting your marketing on Shopback or Fave. I left after waiting for 30 minutes. The receptionist closed the shop and I told her I am canceling the appointment. She said okay and still didn't bother to take opportunity to ask 'Would you want to reschedule'? Very bad service. Will not recommend this salon.

Stylist was unprofessional in handling customers. I bought the rebonding package through fave. My appointment was 3pm and was only served at 4pm. After the first hair wash, I was left sitting at my place with my hair wet for half an hour while he attended another walk in customer. By 6pm, I was still waiting for the stylist to dry my hair and proceed with the hair straightening process. As the shop closes at 8pm, he literally rushed through the whole process to finish in time. When we were done, he did not even bother to ask me if the hairdo was okay or not. I tried to comment that the hairline was not right and he just brushed it off and say that I can adjust that myself. Not going back ever.
