I had a good experience in the store. The lady was very approachable. The store offers variety of cold wear you can choose from. The design and the quality of the clothings are good. The time I went, I also got a free face shield. I LOVE the jacket that I bought!The red and blue on picture. I was satisfied with my shopping.

Very unhelpful. The one serving us which was Terence Thai didnt even bother checking with other outlet and unaware of what promotion they are running. He said only can based on 'POS system'. Other outlets has promo but this outlet just tell you they are unable to check. Cant be just orchard exclusively has no promotion while IMM outlet has it and mentioned that it is running for every outlet. Then when asked for an explanation then he came up with their outlet having no such promotion. He gave a promo for just 1 item. How about the other? What is with the mismatched of information. Was told differently from one outlet to another. Tried calling the business account and whatsapp in as well. No answer at all. They didnt even bother responding and i had to get the IMM outlet to ask them to.

The store was an absolute disappointment. Besides being hard to locate, they only had 3 options for winter pants. For a shop dedicated to winter wear, you would think they'd have more options. 2 of the winter pants were waterproof cargo pants which were not desirable for someone looking to be more fashionable or professional. Cargo winter pants are probably of good utility for skiers. I left the shop without even trying anything on or purchasing. Advise to look elsewhere if you're looking for a good variety of winter wear

The shop is very small with very limited choices and designs, hence 4 stars. However, they sell good quality winter wear, and i found the winter pants I needed, which I wasn't able to find in Uniqlo or Decathlon.
