Great location to offer reasonable price tasty food in the midst of the Orchard Road buzz.

Please avoid 手打柠檬茶，tasteless but cost at $4.6. Just take out from fridge and serve you immediately. Better going for chi cha san qian or bubble tea.

Disliked how they put stickers on the tables meant for which stall, so customers can only sit there if order from the specific stall.

Despite paying premium prices, the experience felt more like a neglected food court than a reputable dining venue. It was nearly impossible to find a table, and when we finally did, the floor was visibly dirty, the table wet and uncleared. No staff in sight to assist or clean up, even as we ate. The lack of basic hygiene and service was disappointing, especially given the upscale pricing. It’s not just about food—it’s about respect for the guest experience. This visit made it clear: ambiance and cleanliness are not part of the value proposition here.

Awesome & heartwarming staff! My husband & I were assisted by Willy & he really made our day. Not only were his recommendations right on point to what we were looking for, he very promptly provided assistance on measurements / materials, etc. when we needed. Really glad that we found this store when we did!!

Today, my family and I visited the Orchard Gateway Branch and purchased three jackets, a pair of gloves, and a hat, totaling over $800. We were surprised to find that bags were not provided at the point of sale, and we were informed that each bag would cost $2. Given the substantial nature of our purchase, we believe it is unreasonable to expect customers to carry such large items without adequate packaging or to bring their own reusable bags. I intend to provide this feedback to management, as I believe a customer-centric approach is essential, particularly for a business specializing in winter wear. I hope this feedback will contribute to an improved customer experience in the future.
