Found miniature perfume (eg. Anna Sui set of 5 for $68, single miniature perfume from other brands) here. Will probably drop by here again for perfume gift hunting. Cashier on duty this morning was friendly too 😉 …

The Indian ladies cashier is very rude. I want to have some tissue cause having the sniffles..that I’m the rush using tissue. Both cashier are assist one client and ask me to wait. After been waiting for a minute She say inform of me “ they don’t know we have so many things to do . They got no passion to wait.” Excuse me if you think you don’t need the job just quit and stay at home. Why am I deserve to having this kind of service seriously?

The staffs are friendly and accommodating. Answers questions politely and would even suggest alternative products if what you’re looking for is not available.

Cashier very rude, I just asking for the promotion buy1 get 1 free and 33% off for mix n match she questions back where u see this promotion with annoying face to me, I show her I saw at the product area than explained me about promotion. After that I decided to buy it not even ask me member or not still continuing with that annoying face to me , no say tq to me after the payment also. First time I feel so disappointed with watson.

This is the biggest watson i have ever come across. My wife bought some items that we didn't find at Watson Indonesia. Because for the same goods, prices in Indonesia are significantly different and cheaper. The shop is really spacious, neat and clean.

Did not like this outlet. We saw some offer for Fererro and decided to go for it. Thankfully, my partner was alert enough to notice the price the cashier mentioned. The shelf they were all stacked on stated they cost $2.60. She tried to charge us $8+!! It seems they had just anyhow chucked the more expensive item there as they had run out of the promo item. It just seems so dishonest? If you're out of the promo item, just remove the display tag?

Azam from Orchard practices elitism. I queued from the left cos I saw the exit arrow pointing towards the right. She asked me to requeue as she only served elite premium member. I obliged. However, she served the next customer who was not even a member. This staff should be taken to task. She did not apologize willingly until I said I would lodge a complaint.

5 stars for this Watsons outlet at Orchard Gateway basement 2! So grateful for senior staff Ms. Santhia who happened to be serving at the counter ago minutes ago today, and went out of her way to help me find an item for my family. This Watsons may be a bit smaller compared to some others, but it packs a lot of heart. Thank you for the lovely experience today which went really smoothly! 🙏🏻

First time here at this upscaled version of Cold Storage, and was thoroughly impressed. Even the other CS Fresh outlets cannot beat the experience here. From the moment you walk in, to how the different counters having someone professional looking standing behind servicing you, and the freshness of all the grocery items, is simply astounding. I like how they segment the fresh produce from the shelf-stuff, and that when you walk in, you'll be wow-ed by what they're strongest in first before the other standard supermarket things follow through towards the cashiers. Came here for some cheese, and wasn't disappointed at all. The selection of cheese is wide, and prices are fair. Picked 4 cheeses for my upcoming party, alongside some salami, and off I went!

This is probably one of the most beautiful and well organized Cold Storage I’ve been to. It just gleams. They have a really great selection of everything, and a wide range of produce and perishables. I really like going to this Cold Storage more than the other many locations in the area. It’s also a great location because it’s super convenient to pop by the many other stalls in Paragon’s basement area or to grab dinner at a restaurant and then pop by here to grab some groceries before heading home
