CS Fresh Gold @Paragon is located at Basement 1. It carries a variety of condiments, fruits (from many countries), fresh cut flowers, has a bakery and cooked food, candies and a section for alcoholic drinks (wine, champagnes, etc). There are many self-checkout kiosks. There is always a staff moving about to help/assist with at the self-checkout kiosks. The price of the products may be slightly pricey too.

Good collection of fresh food, even I can find petai there

Supermarket has a hugeeee range of groceries from fruits, to alcohol, cheese, household groceries (baby stuff, washing detergent, pots and pans), to fruits and seafood. Things are neatly organised though the shelves can be messy when stuff are wiped out and customers aren’t neat 🥲 They also have certain items at 50% off for clearance which i appreciate. That said, things are significantly more expensive compared to some other chains like Fairprice, where the same things are sold for a more affordable price. Guess you’re paying for brand + convenience.

The staff (Shanisse) is very helpful and attentive.

I went to this store to bought anti-fungal cream, . Despite my lack of fluency on English, the uncle who worked there are trying to understand and accommodate me to the best of his abilities. It is definitely the first time in Singapore I've got a service like this. I hope I don't review the wrong place as I'm not familiar with Singapore. But definitely the closest to Hilton Orchard Hotel.

I really wish there were a Watsons store inside Woodleigh Mall or at the bus interchange—it would be so convenient to pick up daily essentials while on the go.

the chinese old man at the cashier would not let me pay for my items unless i bought the watsons membership despite me politely rejecting him once. he also did not inform me it was $5 for it. i understand that the store may need to hit their member sign ups KPI, but i never thought watsons would be a place where the cashier had to hard sell. was extremely displeased with what was supp to be a quick run to the store for me as i ended up being there for longer due to the membership sign up. i hope the store can tone down the hardsell. meanwhile the lady that paid after me could quickly complete her transaction as the store manager was quick and efficient, so i don’t really get why there was a need for the man to hardsell?

I left my money on the envelope in here, and the cashier name rosemary just saved my envelope.. until i come back the next day, she has my envelope and give to me back.. thank you so much rose.. ur the best 🙏🏻🙏🏻 …
