Don’t try this restaurant unless you really have to. The food was tasteless and very disappointing. Mexican cuisine is known for being bold, vibrant, and full of contrasting flavors—but sadly, none of that was present here. The dishes lacked depth and authenticity, making it hard to enjoy the meal. Hopefully, the chefs take time to actually taste their food before serving, because this fell far short of expectations.

Overall pretty good. Food quality was alright as was the service. Mains were good but loaded nachos for appetiser were a small serving and average quality. Location is excellent. Value for money medium.

Great Mexican restaurant to dine in. Service is excellent and hospitable. But limited choices in the menu which is a bit of a downfall. Price is a little bit on the high side considering the available menus are common for a place like this.

Love the beef tacos! So juicy and filling! We were there for a belated birthday dinner for my dear friend, didn't expect them to play a birthday song for my friend when we requested to present their not-so-sweet creme brulee as birthday surprise.. 😍 Top service and good food.. a place worth visit again and again for mexican food lover 🫶

If you wanna try Mexican (like I did), this is a good place to start out. I must point out that I cannot vouch for the authenticity of the Mexican taste and flavor. What I do appreciate is the ability to choose ‘non spicy’. Always wanted to have Burritos so I finally have it. Enjoyed it. Non spicy and more importantly for me, not very salty too. Just nice for my taste buds. As for service, can’t comment much. Every thing done via my mobile. The only human interaction was when the food was served and paying at the counter. Words exchanged were pretty much ‘thank you’ from me 😊 that’s pretty much the service touch points in most of the restaurants in Singapore. More self service and less human interaction.

We had an amazing dining experience at Sancho's! Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The grilled beef fajitas served with warm tortillas were perfectly seasoned and tender - a must-try for meat lovers. The steak fajitas spaghetti was a unique twist that worked surprisingly well, while the baked Mexican paella was rich and satisfying. We also loved the pulled beef torta and bang bang prawn tacos, both bursting with bold, spicy flavors. The salted striploin bowl was juicy and hearty, and even the tacos minestrone stood out as a comforting surprise. For dessert, the churros were crispy and golden, and the crème brûlée had the perfect caramelized top - a sweet finish to an amazing meal. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and delicious food - we'll definitely be back!

Excellent hangout place with my little one. We were looking for a halal, pocket friendly Mexican and found this. It is lovely. Nestled in a cozy basement of Paragon, this place is halal certified and has decent options. Food portion can be improved. Items come in mini size, more like a tapas. Would have been better if they serve them in real meal size. Love the loaded nachos!

First time trying Mexican food, not bad. Weekday lunch set comes with soup and drink. Crispy quesadillas is served hot and chewy, tomato or chilli sauce could be chosen for enchiladas. Both food you could choose chicken or veg or beef(extra cost).

Visited this restaurant on a whim and I have to say I’m impressed with the food! Overall many dishes I ordered from the multiple visits thereafter were truly delicious - from the mussels to the risotto, short ribs, scones and even dishes as simple as the sourdough bread. All the dishes are plated nicely and the quality of food hasn’t faltered and remain tasty. The desserts are delicious and I enjoyed the apple tart. A must try dish personally would be the four cheese truffle ravioli as the taste is just divine and really flavourful. The atmosphere of the restaurant, while not enclosed like regular restaurants, still remain pleasant and charming. Details up to the furniture and cutlery are all part of the experience as well. This even includes the drinks itself where the coffee art is phenomenal - however this is inconsistent at times. Service is good and attentive. At the end of the meal, surrounding tables from what I see including my own, are served complimentary Patchi chocolates which are a nice touch, if received, but can vary as it doesn’t happen for every occasion. However while service is good, it can be inconsistent at times where it’s exceptionally great and sometimes mediocre. Staff are usually noticeably more attentive towards tourists and or bigger groups and much lesser focus towards small groups of 1, 2 or 3 people, so keep that in mind. Would visit again as the food doesn’t disappoint!
