Here for a family lunch with friends. Was kindly tended to by Freddy and had super friendly and amazing service. He got the kids happy with chocolates! The flavours of the food were super well balanced. I loved the lamb meatballs pasta (sorry was too hungry and forgot the photo) and the scones! I really loved how the scones were buttery soft and still served with French butter! The pistachio gelato was also super yums!! Those were definitely my top 3. The prices were very reasonable too! Nothing more than $30 a dish. We will definitely be back for more!

Everything about this cafe is fabulous. They have excellent moist scones you can have with Gelato and French butter! The service level is divine. We’ll be returning for the mains for dinner 🥰.

Food was really delicious and service was 6 stars for my mother and myself. We were served by Vin. I made a joke that the coffee art was not the seahorse that we saw on the menu…he initiated to change my cuppocino and coffee art. It was really a joke and I told him not to. 5 mins later …he made an extra cafe Latte with the seahorse coffee art and said it was on the house. I was in the service line too and this kind of service made this a 6 star experience. It was my mother's birthday and she really enjoyed the scrambled eggs with toasted bagel and scones. We will definitely go back and Vin deserves a raise by the company :)

This is good place to go to if you want a quiet cafe in Paragon with good food. I tried their cheesecake with kimquat and it tastes very unique. The iced matcha latte is basic but again nothing beats any match from Uji 😬 Overall: Good vibe and good food so will come back for sure.

The Soup Spoon at Orchard Paragon is the branch that my friends and I most like to frequent. It’s conveniently located for everybody to meet up. It has vegan/ vegetarian options for everybody too. Good food with great service, definitely everyone’s favourite. You can order your food simply by using the Soup Spoon app, the Souperholic. Enjoy.

Food: (+) Good quality control across all the branches I've tried. The same taste I love. Atmosphere: (+) Cozy ambience (-) every time I come, I have to search through the utensils rack for a fork and a spoon that doesn't have solid food remnants stuck to them. Service: This is not a complaint and more of a feedback to the management - I believe the staff is overworked, contributing to the subpar service. (-) Once, the self-service kiosk was not working and I informed the staff. However, the staff appeared to ignore me—a recurring pattern observed among the employees, possibly due to their overwhelming workload. (-) When seeking a sample of soup before ordering, gaining the staff's attention is challenging. Even upon success, extended waiting times lead me to order without trying the new soup. (-) Today, a staff member informed me that the sample would be served with my food, defeating the purpose of sampling after selecting my soup.

Tokyo Chicken soup is superb! Service was fast moving but peak hour, expect queue. Choose the option to top up, won’t regret.

Easy to navigate ordering system but you would have to know what you want so that you can order seamlessly. Came by to this soup spoon for a quick lunch. Ordering was easy except that if you are a ‘newbie’ to their soups, you will be left wondering which soup is a soup of your choice. Descriptions of the soups are sufficient on the ordering system. I ordered a set with a salad. Waiting time was ok, around 10mins and you would have to look out for the number flashing out on the small tv screen at a corner of the seating area. The staff would also call out your number, so do listen out for it. I was delighted with the portion of both the soup and salad. I was half expecting small bits of Toufu on my salad, but it was really big chunks of Toufu, probably one square piece of Toufu in all? My chicken ragout soup was as usual a delight to drink, with big chunks of chicken inside. I have been drinking this soup ever since it was first launched and this is my favorite soup of all that soup spoon offers. I will definitely revisit this branch again.

Came on 23 Aug, around 7pm. Rude staffs. Dirty unwipe table. Ask staffs nicely to wipe our table, give us a look and wipe table reluctantly. We had to ask the staff to wipe again because the table was still dirty. The soups given was also not according to the meal requested (ie ordered mushroom soup with sweet bakes and clam chowder with flat bread but was given clam chowder with sweet bakes). We had to collect and return. The least u could do is give us a better service? Wiping tables is the bare minimum for FnB service, no?
