Bought a few times from their live, and each time when the size is not right (mostly because I am between sizes), the exchange policy is only 7 days from date of receipt and must be exchanged in-store. When I wanted an exchange of size, it is always out of stock for my item and the store policy is to exchange to a different product in the store. However, in the store, there are limited sizes for all their items and also those recent live items are usually not available in the store. Very disappointed as the selection of clothes during live is big and quality is good. The main issue is the refund policy. Hope the owner will work on this, like how most online stores will give store credits to be used within a fairly long time eg 1 year.

Can’t stop shopping at Press Store! Lene is very professional, fast and their clothing are true to size ..unlike a lot of other online clothing that I had previously purchased and cannot be worn at all. Enjoy shopping at home w watching Press every week. Admin also super fast and efficient. They had never failed me not even once on the delivery. Thumbs up and awesome team. Keep it up!

Visitor to Singapore and came upon Press Store @ Orchard Gateway. I visited twice during our short vacation and purchased several unique styles pieces that I would not have found in my home country. Very pleased with my finds and would recommend to anyone in the more petite size although the store does carry " one-size-fits-most." I'm just happy not to have to hem any of the trousers I purchased.

Our usual visit for lunch at SO Pho paragon was very good experience. The food we ordered were in big portion and delicious! So Pho chicken and beef with some spring rolls as a starter were perfect for a hearty lunch! Staff like the operation manager and Irene are as friendly and helpful to our orders. Will definitely recommend to others to try 👍
