I had the unfortunate experience of working with very badly-designed websites in the past. When I wanted to create my own, the pressure of talking to a team of technophiles weighed heavy on me. How do I, a person with very little technology know-how, communicate my needs to them? Thankfully, we met Chillybin. Shaan, Roaldo and the team have created for us a website that is aesthetically and functionally top-notch, and easy to work with. The team has been highly responsive to my needs and understands what frustrates me. Chillybin was truly our partner in this journey, and we thank the team for being ever so patient and understanding.

From the outset, the Chillybin team understood our vision and needs, patiently guiding us through every step of upgrading our website content and design. From initial planning to the final launch, they provided valuable expertise and creative solutions to enhance our website. Our old website served a purpose when the company was founded in 2016, but it was static, typical website layout and not attractive when trying to navigate through as a customer. Since talking to Chillybin and engaging them to develop our new website and content, we could not be happier. We asked for ‘clean and fresh’, and got just that. They listen to all your wants, wishes and stories in order to match the site and content to your identity. They have extreme patience – and that allowed us to get to our end goal which we are very happy with indeed. Website development isn’t as easy as it may seem – and its very much a two way process where you need each other to bounce off and inspire – with the Chillybin team I felt we got just that – hence why we are so happy with our end result. I love working with Shaan and his team! To see how they turned an initial idea/concept to the final creation of the website was impressive. I especially loved the questionnaire that Shaan sent me in the beginning of the process. It helped me to get clear of my vision and mission. Made an appointment online and received an email confirmation. Showed up to the appointment and the location was closed without any notification.

Interesting and tasty food combined with cheerful staff members. The service was on point as well. I had the 2 piece chicken meal (garlic soy sauce) with seaweed flavoured fries, for $6.50. A special thanks to Nam and Mony for serving me today. They were very cheerful and interactive which made the experience and meal enjoyable.

I used to frequent the previous until they closed during Covid. This is a new brand and it taste just as good as the previous. 100% authentic Indonesian. Yum yum.

Not as good as before and expensive. $5 for a small piece of rendang just slightly bigger than a spoon. $11 for meat and 2 sides. Food is a bit above average but salty. Service us slow but friendly.
