We chanced upon 农耕记湖南土菜 and decided to give it a try. To our surprise, the food here was surprisingly delicious! Not just that, the staff here are really helpful, friendly and approachable - naming Boon that we met! ;) Will definitely be back for more!

We decided to try this place after seeing many good reviews, and it definitely did not disappoint! Portions are generous and perfect for 2–3 people. The vermicelli stood out as my favorite—flavorful and satisfying—and I really appreciated how generous they were with the big, juicy shrimps ☺️ Special shoutout to Boon for the great service. Will be back again!

This is my second time visiting Nong Gen ji and it was quite disappointing. My member birthday discount was not applied as my app is showing the $6 new member & there are a 30% discount for birthday. It was not clearly stated we have to wait 12 hrs. Service charge paid but the crew are not attentive: when we need water, we keep waiving for the staff to even look at us. First time eat Nong Geng Ji @ Orchard gateway branch , surprisingly it was good and delicious. Worth to eat , the server especially Boon was helpful too. Thanks for the great service . Join the free membership to get extras 50% dishes . Will sure come back again 👍

I'm a meat guy so i rarely eat Vegan food. But today upon trying this outlet, i have to say its not too bad..overall food was good and taste delicious. Looks appealing and appetizing as well.

I must mention the presence of flies in the restaurant, it was quite annoying. Food was alright, slightly warmer than lukewarm even though the pan was hot. Staff mixed up our side dishes to other table and just swapped back after placing it on the other table. I don't know if it had been touched by other patrons. A nicer way for the other table would be to just leave it. A nicer way for us is to bring us a new one. It is not nice to remove food from one's table. It is also not nice to shift food from other table to us is my point.

Actually is about 4.5 stars. Minus 0.5 star cos the hotplate eggplant dish was not cooked evenly. Some eggplants were soft, some were half-cooked. All the 3 dishes we ordered taste good and the amount of oil and salt was just nice. Service was quick too. Considering the place at Orchard, dishes are reasonably priced. Definitely be back when I'm in the area and craving for vegetarian food.

Had dinner here upon the recommendation of friends Every single dish ordered was very flavorful and unique to the region. All dishes are plant based. Ordered the Penang Laksa, Fruit Rojak and Satay Skewers Delicious. Will come back again if I come back to Singapore

My go-to vegetarian restaurant other than Green Dot. They offer a good variety of dishes, their taste is consistent, and service is always efficient and friendly. I've visited D'life several times and tried a few of their dishes. My favourites would be the prawn noodles and Penang laksa. Both are incredibly tasty and served in generous portions. I tried their fish noodle soup this time, and it tasted great as well.
