Different outlet of Saizeriya taste differently. Pepperoni pizza getting thinner and thinner. Taste still good. Lime Garlic chicken, the topping on top way too sweet but the garlic is really strong, if less sweet is better to even out the taste of sweet and savoury with a tinge of lime. Carbonara pasta and Hamburg always the best. But the Chef salad seem the sauce is very stingy, very. Ask for more sauce also not enough. Too much croutons and a few pieces of the leaves. Better rename it as Croutons Salad. Verdict, the best Saizeriya is at Chinatown Point. I forgot to review all the time.

Visited on 15 Dec with family. Food is good for its price. Price decent, Affordable meal to have here considering its at Orchard. Surprised to find out this Saizeriya outlet at Orchard Gateway doesn't have birthday perk. Staff Yu Wen provides good customer service. ❌ No Birthday Perks. ❌ Wasn't allowed by other staff for me and my family (3 pax) to sit the corner seats(green) DESPITE VACANT throughout our entire meal time 3pm+. Staff claimed it is for 6 pax. Casual Dining Italian Restaurant. Cheap and Good. Value for money. The staff are helpful and friendly. Can be crowded during peak hours.

Saizeriya is hidden at a corner in Orchard Gateway. Be advised to go early before peak hour for a place to dine in. There are choices for set lunch and set lunch comes with free-flow drinks (self-serve). Free-flow drinks come in hot and cold beverages. Coffee from the espresso maker and tea from tea bags. Cold beverages for your self-serve at the dispenser. Overall, good dining.

The Orchard Gateway outlet has comfortable and clean seating. All the tables are clean. Ambience is cosy. I sat there for 2 hours leisurely eating my meal and the staff didn’t ’pressurise’ me to hurry up, which was good. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience for me . If I really have to say a negative point, it would be my Chocolate Lava Cake order which I had requested to the male manager to serve after I had finished all my food. Think the manager might have forgotten about my request due to him being busy. Only when he walked past me after some time and noticed I was still without my Chocolate Lave Cake did I overhear him instructing the staff to serve me my order.

For the low prices the food quality here is extremely good. We got Pizza and Escargot. Both were excelent. The seating, tables and space itself are unattractive and nothing special. Even a little messy, and the menu grotty. But the popularity level is high. It was busy on a Monday night. The pizza I got was small, but satisfying and tasty. We will definitely go back if we can, and see how their pasta fares.

I come by to this Outlet quite often , and today I am swrved by the Manager in Black , by the Name of : Reina. She is very helpful and remembered I have to eat food with no salt , and helped with my food requests. 5 stars!

The scallop cream gratin with salmon is good and cost $6.50. Would eat again 👍

the poached egg (bottom right) was contaminated and now i have the stomach flu, body temp at 39°C, and can’t stop vomiting. ordered this on 4 september at around 11.40am
