Nothing against this particular Toast Box but ALL Toast Boxes in general. Anyone with a sense of value for money would stay away from ordering anything more than a drink from Toast Box. You’d think paying $7.40 for a kaya toast set would get you more than the two anemic slices of pathetically buttered white bread that they serve up. A pigeon wouldn’t be full from that portion. By comparison, Ya Kun serves TWICE that amount, gloriously toasted to a golden crisp and sandwiching a generous amount of kaya and butter, AND charges slightly less. Try them instead (there’s one in the basement of Paragon). This isn’t the serving crew’s fault. Rather, it baffles me how the BreadTalk Group thinks some faux slightly upscale decor (mm yes, look at these fake marble tabletops, and these tiny uncomfortable stools that fit half a bottom!) and branding can fool customers into believing that what Toast Box is charging is justified. I am not against high prices but quality is expected to be commensurate. If you’re going to make me pay $9 for a “ham and cheese sandwich set”, it shouldn’t look like you bought it from the 7-11 next door, ripped it out of its packaging and heated it up. If you’re not getting any food, Toast Box’s drinks are alright, and less of a rip-off. But on principle, I’d take my money elsewhere unless I had no choice.

Inside the shopping centre. Food was nice, mine could have been hotter. Quite squashed as it was busy. The tea was too sweet for me, probably the milk. A few offers available. Eg set comes with tea or coffee. Highlight for us was the Pandan cake, lovely. We are off to buy a whole one now! Tables not cleared very quickly but other than that a pleasant visit.

Thank you for patiently addressing this first time mum’s questions, and slotting me in at the last minute when I needed to check on the little one for a peace of mind – each consult didn’t feel rushed but rather, filled with genuine care for the couple and our little one. Dr. Sharon’s genuine passion for OB/GYN and kids truly shines through and we are thankful to have met such a kind and caring medical team 💛 we’ll definitely miss our time together now that the pregnancy journey has ended but we hope this isn’t goodbye!

Dr. Sharon and her assistant, Nina, have been with my wife and me since week 5 of her pregnancy until our baby turned 3 months old, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their care. Throughout the journey, they were incredibly patient, supportive, and always available to address any concerns we had. There was a small complication during the pregnancy, but Dr. Sharon’s professionalism and clear guidance reassured us every step of the way. We genuinely looked forward to every appointment—not just because of their expertise, but also because of their warmth and kindness. Their welcoming and friendly nature made each visit a positive and comforting experience. As a husband and a first-time father, I deeply appreciate the support and reassurance they provided, not just to my wife but to me as well. We highly recommend Dr. Sharon and her team to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional team!

Very smooth and easy health screening experience! Reception and medical staff were all welcoming and kind. Started at 8.30 and was done by 11.15 for a full suite of tests. A breakfast was provided as well. Would highly recommend

Staffs are very informative and friendly. Cleanliness is exceptional. The doctors guides you through your plan and listens to your needs and explain all the medical terms in depth so we can be on par with the plans. Would recommend for those who are trying

Very pleasant experience with Dr Sharon Foo Anqi. She is very professional, detailed and gentle during my consultation with her. The nurses and assistants at Thomson Medical Paragon are also very polite and accommodating. The environment at Thomson Medical Paragon is very calming.

This clinic is highly unprofessional and demonstrates a complete lack of accountability. During my pregnancy, they administered a duplicate Pertagen injection instead of the prescribed RSV vaccination ordered by Dr. Sharon. I discovered this serious error while claiming my insurance. Although Dr. Sharon called to apologize and promised a refund for the incorrect injection—which I accepted in good faith—the clinic has failed to follow through. It has been two months, and despite my repeated follow-ups, they continue to deflect responsibility, claiming they are 'waiting for a response from their finance team.' This is not about the money—it’s about their negligence, refusal to acknowledge their mistake, and their dismissive attitude toward patient safety. A responsible medical practice would prioritize rectifying errors and ensuring proper care, but this clinic has shown neither the professionalism nor the integrity to do so

It’s my first visit at Thomson Specialist clinic. The environment is clean, calm, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional. Dr Sharon Foo was incredibly caring and attentive. She took the time to listen, clearly explained everything, and provided thoughtful advice on the next steps for my treatment. It really helped ease my anxiety and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. Highly recommended!
