Been coming to this Toast Box branch over the years and always love the location! Very accessible as part of Paragon, but also just across the road from Mount Elizabeth Specialist Center. Their toast set is always quite spot on. Service is friendly. Appreciate the cashless payments. Usually able to get seats here. Thank you! 🙏🏻

I love this place and come almost daily. But today , they had the rudest reception at the cashier who's taking our order. Super RUDE ! I hope management sees this comment and do something about this. He's super rude and impatient . We are still here now. 2.47 pm. 9th Aug. The usual guys are super alright. Toastbox is my favourite .

Food was okay, but lost my appetite, on 2/9/23 around 3pm, from the way the bald and tattooed guy take order and unnecessarily, scolding customers. (There was one lady brought a Paralysed Dad, and he kept scolding her, talked rudely about her order). Also the aircon is spoilt but no signage or notices as well.

I guess this is Chinese fast food, $7 for a plate of braised pork rice +$2 for the drumstick. I find that the braused pork is just too little and watery, egg was not fresh. It's probably overlooked but looked pretty much like “ overnight egg” that I really dislike. Rough and hard

I always get here when I’m visiting Singapore. This place bring memories for me. ❤️ I love the ambience & the food. The kaya toast & milk tea is so gooddd! 👌🏻✨ You can find TOAST BOX in easy way, tips from me : • enter the main hall of PARAGON Mall • then going up with escalator until you find “LONG CHAMP” store • turn right after the escalator • then turn left • going straight until you find “PAUL” • turn right • going down by stairs • you can find the TOAST BOX 🥪

Was looking for a place to sit for a while and have a drink so came here and got a yuan yang which was around 4$ I think. Price is definitely on the higher end but at least in this location it's one of the cheaper options. Taste of the drinks is quite nice so overall not bad.

$7.50 for this set. Even yakun only sells the same for $6.30. also service crew here don't know what is heymax, whereas other branches at CBD and bishan knows. Yet they insist I shld have told them uniqgifts instead of heymax.

Only food what I ate that day was laksa set (late lunch around 2pm) from this branch. I ended food poisoned vomiting whole night. I would be careful here, hygiene and old foods!

The coffee and tea are not bad. Same taste as the usual ones. Location is not easy to find if coming from the entrance of the mall. The space is also small (as with other outlets) so you will have to chope your seat before ordering.
