There is a reason why they are famous, their superb hospitality and late night operation hours are telltale signs. I love their century egg porridge & desserts from the complimentary food counter. Was even given a toy while I was learning things on my iPhone while dinning!

I had an excellent experience thanks to James. From the moment they assisted me, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They listened to what I needed, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. What impressed me most was their positive energy and the way they went the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to find service staff who combine professionalism with such a friendly attitude. James really made my visit memorable, and I truly appreciate the effort. Highly recommend their service!

He doing a great job of leading his dedicated team and runs the business like his own, and Xiu Xiu for sharing good places to eat in China when our team is planning to visit China next June 2026. Maybe we can all go be food tasters for HDL from ShangHai To Xiamen To GuangZhou, to Shen Zhen , To Nan Ning to Hong Kong to Macau to Thailand to Penang, because of Dion and team’s fantastic team work and the positive attitude towards HDL’s success in this new Store. Haidilao has always impressed me with its great food, pleasant environment, and consistently excellent service. But among all the branches I’ve visited, apart from the one at MBS, this particular outlet truly goes above and beyond. The service here is exceptionally attentive and efficient. A special shoutout to Jia Rui and James!! Both of them were incredibly quick, considerate, and served with genuine smiles throughout our meal. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated staff, and they definitely deserve recognition!!! Because of them, I’m leaving this well-deserved Google review today hahahaha!! Highly recommend this Haidilao branch!!

With Thanksgiving tomorrow, my coworkers and I—all unable to make it home to the US—decided to get together for a pre-holiday meal at Haidilao Hotpot. This was my first time at the Singapore location, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! We were truly amazed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff (our server was 劉小鳳). They were outstanding and made us feel so welcome. It's no wonder this place has a near-perfect rating! The food was, of course, delicious. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so full, happy, and right at home for our Thanksgiving celebration. We truly appreciated it!

Went for my AFT Hair Removal appointment with therapist Alice and it is always an amazing service. Will only go to Alice because I had a bad experience with another therapist in a different outlet. Alice definitely made sure that I’m comfortable. Strongly recommend her!

Good food, great service from the staff covering our zone. We had a great meal and time. All items were fresh and delicious. Was so crowded on a Sunday which is usual. My gal was disappointed with the manicure station as she waited for more than 1 hour and still unable to get it. Perhaps more stations can be open during peak hours.
