The establishment represented an innovative approach to restaurant operations, allowing customers to order from any or all four concepts in a free-seating arrangement that provided unusual flexibility and variety within a single venue. The two-story terrace setting offered Orchard's largest alfresco dining environment with casual, convivial atmosphere.

The signature offering from L'Entrecôte was the trimmed entrecôte steak paired with unlimited crispy golden fries, while the four concepts collectively covered French, Spanish, and other international cuisines providing diverse options appealing to groups with varying preferences.
