We started on a strong tone as we are more familiar with a different system. A lot of fire fighting in a positive way happened. Somehow close to 3 months, the consultant never failed to show and maintain his good conduct n a good relationship building skills by showing the beauty of their system and making us all feel very easy to navigate it.
