We started on a strong tone as we are more familiar with a different system. A lot of fire fighting in a positive way happened. Somehow close to 3 months, the consultant never failed to show and maintain his good conduct n a good relationship building skills by showing the beauty of their system and making us all feel very easy to navigate it.
Whatever we requested (including those that are impossible, last minute request etc) was handled in a more collaborative ways especially on wht can the system do vs wht kind of change management required in our internal process so we meet in between. Overall we are glad to have Marzuqie supporting us in our big change management journey n without him will be a bit of challenge to manage it. He even go beyond his task to understand our process and come up with an idea / workaround which most consultant or technical support won't do
