My kids enjoyed the trial that we attended at Centrepoint as we were considering the holiday programme back in December. But after the trial we decided to sign both of them up for the regular sessions at Kinex as it would be more convenient in the long run. Classes are open concept, so we can see the kids having the classes through the glass panel. My daughter is on the Lab Junior program and her weekly lessons. She is motivated to go for classes regularly as they get points for their in-class activities and achievements. The teachers also send us updates on what they learn after each class. I’m glad to see her enjoying her classes. She even asked if she could go for classes more often.

What attracted me to The Lab was their monthly membership that allowed the kids to go for unlimited sessions for that month. It was timely as my son just completed his PSLE. I felt it was a good and meaningful way for my son to spend his post PSLE time. My son enjoyed the session. Sometimes, he would even continue with his unfinished project when he returns home from his session. What is unique about their program is that it is self paced. So each child can progress at his/her own pace. And when they have any doubts, the instructors are there to give them pointers and help them along.

Want to give special commendation to 2 of the staff, Russell and Penny for their help and initiative. My daughter was having trouble integrating with the rest of the kids and they went beyond their scope to make her feel welcomed and manage to finish the class!

Really love the learning environment in The Lab! Teachers are very patient in guiding the young children in their exploration and conveying knowledge and ideas. The communication between teacher and parent is really great too, very detailed, giving parent an idea of what area to work on with the child while we're spending time together, to enhance the learning of certain concept. Thank you sooo much!! Thank you for being the great inspiration to the young children!

My son enjoys the lessons here very much, looking forward to it every week. Teacher Kim is enthusiastic and warm with the kids and follows up with the parents readily on their progress. He started at 5 years old and I appreciate that there’s a screen free curriculum option for preschoolers. We have renewed for another term and plan to continue his lessons here.

Recommended by a friend who sends both her kids to the lab and was one of the best decisions made. Teachers were patient, small class size and hence, a lot of attention and class was catered to my child. My son loves his coding classes and always look forward to it every time!

Booked a 2 day camp from the Lab and received an confirmation email. On the camp date, we came up on time and the staff said she had no idea abt the camp!? She told us the class was cancelled and asked us to go to other branch!? We requested to refunded. They said yes, but nothing happened for a week. No explaination, no sorry, no refund. Very unprofessional organization.

My child has been with The Lab @ Kinex since early 2023, starting with the Kinder Foundation and progressing through the Kinder Course. Recently, he had the opportunity to participate in the NRC Robotics Competition, guided by the dedicated teachers at The Lab @ Orchard. He thoroughly enjoys his weekly lessons, and we've observed consistent progress thanks to the structured curriculum. More importantly, the encouragement and positivity from his teachers during the competition training made learning both fun and engaging for the kids.

My son has been attending here for about two months now. The teachers are very kind and dedicated, and he truly enjoys going to class every week. Communication with the staff has always been smooth and pleasant. It makes me so happy to see him having fun while learning about robotics, math, and many other things each week. I’m very grateful to the teachers and staff, and I’m excited to see how much he will continue to grow here.

Went for free trial lesson & my son wanted more so signed up for 1 term (10 lessons) first to try. So far my son enjoyed every lesson he has attended. The teacher also makes an effort to brief parents after each lesson what was covered and there are digital worksheets provided for students to try at home. Recommended.
