Just came back from yunnan and missed this tea and the flower pastry. Had 2 cups as there's a promotion going on. Compared to what i had in yunnan, the drink still has the glutinous and lemon fragrance but less prominent tea fragrance. Pastry is not bad but the crust is missing abit on the milky/buttery fragrance and some parts of it are thicker, the rose and pine nuts is nice, not too sweet and complements well. Will go back to try the other flavours.

For those who yet to try this, you have to give it a try!!! The rose pastry is really good, exceed my expectations and it’s so good and fragrant!! 😭😭 the tea is also unique and taste different from those that normally the market orders so no harm giving it a try. it’s not that sweet so will suit those without sweet tooth better. Hope the shop will stay as long as possible because I need my 🌹 pastry!!!

Been wanting to try this for some time. Recently in the news the shops here are all going to move out by end of the year so better give it a try in case it moves too far. Visited on a weekend morning there were no customers. Ask for some recommendations but basically there is not much to recommend because there's only 2 kinds of drinks to choose from. However I would recommend to try the signature which is the glutinous lemon tea which was also what the staff recommended for a first timer. She also recommended me to try the pastries and told me it's better to order as a combo and it would be cheaper. So I stared for a while to decide on which flavour while the staff was also trying to provide me information for each flavour. Was definitely very impressed by her service at work, her effort for promoting the drinks and pastries. Didn't wait too long to get the drink. I would say its pretty unique you get to taste the freshness of the lemon taste and the glutinous rice taste just comes out from your breath. The pastry was pretty good too. Loved how soft the mochi was, the salted egg initially I didn't want the salted egg version but decided to try and it was pretty light and not as heavy like those in the mooncake. I thought I wouldn't like it but turned out surprised by the combination of flavours. I would recommend giving it a try since the location is still so central if you are around town. I asked where they would be moving too but they were unsure yet as they are still looking for a place. Give it a try!

Very polite staffs. They are very friendly. The tea is bitter yet fragrant. Not diluted as their ice is made from the milk tea itself also.

It has a nice floral lemony taste. Very refreshing. The pastries are also pretty good. We had the rose and matcha one, preferred the rose. It’s like 老婆饼 but with a floral paste inside.

This place is a bit hidden but easy to locate. The service is excellent. The lime drink is very fragrant. The pastry is said to be from taiwan. I find it unique in flavour. The taste and smell of red rose is really strong and comforting. Perfect gift for friends and old people as it's not very sweet. Light yet relaxing bcos of the rose fragrant that lingers as you bit into it.

Light flavoured tea in 2 flavours - Lemon and milk tea. The former tasted of pandan and lemon and the latter was normal milk tea. There are also interesting rose pastries with coconut, egg yolk, mochi and jasmine flavours. Overall the items are a little mild flavoured and seemed pricey

Refreshing Lemon flavour Tea! Came across this shop and now I am hooked into it! Drinking their tea feels like a mini vacation, like you’ve been transported to a mountain retreat. To fully experience its flavor, you need to take a *HUGE* first sip — it makes all the difference. The ingredients are top-notch, with tea leaves and lemons freshly sourced from the Yunnan mountains. The pastries are equally impressive. I was especially looking forward to the salted egg yolk pastry, but it was already sold out when I arrived, which says a lot about its popularity! I’ll definitely be back for more.

My two boys joined The Lab at the start of the year (2022) and had a great time learning at the school. Teacher Khim and Teacher Vivian are especially nurturing and attentive towards their learning. We really appreciate their detailed review of the boys' performance after every lesson. The curriculum is carefully thought out and well executed. The boys are always looking forward to their classes! Thank you so much for sharing your love of computing & robotics with the boys. I believe it has made a great difference to their curiosity towards learning!

My son enjoys the lessons here very much, looking forward to it every week. Teacher Kim is enthusiastic and warm with the kids and follows up with the parents readily on their progress. He started at 5 years old and I appreciate that there’s a screen free curriculum option for preschoolers. We have renewed for another term and plan to continue his lessons here.
