I am honoured to write this compliment message to HAO Taste Orchard working staff who name Ms Lina. I had misplaced my stuff after I made payment in the Level 1cashier on last Friday. I had been searching my stuff in the past few days. Well didn't expect my stuff was well kept by Ms Lina and I got it back yesterday. I am so grateful and much appreciated with such a honest and attentive staff . Thank you so much and gratitude 🙏😊❤️. Warmest regards SL

Skeptical about the reason behind this business? You aren't alone!! In SG, many such shops exists...but no one cares Any Laundromat services?

This is a 3-storey supermarket located at Taste Orchard (former OG orchard point). Right beside Centrepoint and Orchard Plaza. Lots of interesting and unique international products that I don’t really see often. There’s also a live seafood area and you can order meals from their counter. Definitely worth visiting. Nice and spacious aisles, so its more relaxing in a way compared to other supermarkets.

The service by all the staff seen was excellent; price and range (striploin, ribeye, tenderloin) for grass-fed beef is even better than Giant where I usually shop at and when it rains, I do not need to use the umbrella or get wet by using the level 2 linkway from Centrepoint. They have many cashier counters but only the main one is operational which is fine. Requesting for Illy's coffee in their retail cafe outlet.

There were three people in line including me. None of us saw the “chilled item plus $0.20” written in some corner of the chiller. While I walked to the back to find the unchilled items tagged at the same price as the chilled ones………. The two other folks paid the $0.20 as they were too lazy to change their selection. Also - the products aren’t even premium enough to warrant the premium brand. AND!! the auntie still nagged us when we all admitted we didn’t see the chilled item tag. Hello just charge us and be done with it. Don’t nag.

Your cashier at this location on the weekend is unhelpful. I bought the same drinks here twice. The first time she charged me 0.20 for chilled because you were out of stock of the non chilled version. I wasn't angry then just disappointed. Today, I bought 4 cans of non chilled drinks. She charged me 0.20 times four. She can't even tell between chilled and non chilled and didn't bother to verify. We even chatted about the price of these drinks. This happened at 16:10 June 29. Please train your cashier better or just drop the silly idea of charging 0.20 for refrigeration per can. You operate a huge store with loads of space not really used up to maximize your operation, and you care to charge extra cents for refrigeration?!

Took over the OG department store during early 2024, it is a food-centric mall with the supermarket as its core business and it is situated near Somerset MRT as well. In theory, everything will fall into place given its prime assets. In practice, it may need to reconsider a lot of things. The current layout remains unchanged from the previous tenant and it still feels like a department store instead of a supermarket, with restaurants and eateries at the building corners. Due to the layout, it doesn't effectively entice shoppers to buy items and may just window shop instead. As for the supermarket, there are a lot empty shelves and self-checkout counters are still non-functional as of now. Currently, it feels like an unfinished project, even if it is suppsoedly fully opened for quite some time. Overall, nothing really bad in terms of shopping experience. But, it may need to reconsider its business operations if they want to do this long-term.

Finally opened! After a very Ling delay. They just have the basics put in for now with the rest of the building coming in slowly. It’ll be nice to have even more dinning options in the area in the future. Also looking forward to what that kids play area will look like.

Hao gave me the impression they are trying to expand their footprint in Singapore. Ths excellente outlet is not only big but offers more imported products. Two whole storeys of stuffs and if not wrong the korean food stalls and japanese ones also belonged to them. I think this was opened not for a very long time, so i am quite excited to see if they will show more varieties in future. This visit even had a japanese fair, quite a big one showcasing local produce from fruits, tidbits, castella cakes to sake. I duno about price wise didnt really look through but they had canadian cherries, jap condiments and even very Chinese produce like china produced lays chips even more varied than scarlett, yam chips and tea. Do visit for a browse

Came here on a Monday evening and had an amazing experience. Great place to sit and relax after a long day of walking around the usual Orchard Road landmarks. Affordable food and variety available here - think prices and experience similar to the overhyped Fairprice at Clarke Quay. Would absolutely come back again. Currently a very underrated spot given the newness of this mall but definitely a lot of potential to be had. Orchard lacks a supermarket at heartland prices and this fills the gap 101%.
