We had Sakura Omakase, come with a smoked winter fish, grilled seasonal item, 8pcs nigiri sushi, handmade somen with Dashi. I love their nigiri sushi, very nicely seasoned with the warm rice. Also we had a new year special soup with rice cake as we went on 1/1/25. Lastly the 2chef is from japan!

Thank you Chef for the impeccable care taken to prepare every single piece of sushi for us. The otoro nigiri sushi melts in your mouth and the uni sushi is sweet and compliments well with the crispy seaweed wrap. The highlight for me was the 3 flavor somen soup with mushroom, scallop and lime. Very light yet tasty to end the Yuri Omakase course. Overall it was an excellent meal and experience! ☺️

Sushi is pretty good. Chef is knowledgeable. But service staff needs improvement. Service is rather curt which is rather unexpected for a place like this. Also they are holding back starting the meals when one person is late, which is a bit unfortunate

Sushi Moka Overall 9/10. Nested right inside OCBC Wisma is a hidden sushi bar gem, Sushi Moka. Was really impressed. Helmed by Master Chef Ueda Toshihiro, and using their secret vinegar seasoning blend for their Niigata sushi rice, I was delightfully surprised by the quality and quantity, all for $88 with any OCBC Credit card. My favourite was the Otoro that the chef had heat with hot charcoal before serving. Simply melts in the mouth. $$ (88++ per pax for the most expensive lunch omakase menu) Instagram: @melvineateat

When I first arrived at the restaurant, it brought back a lot of memories from Japan. The seating arrangement and layout felt as though i was eating at an omakase in Japan. The food was great and all the fish and seafood were very fresh. The two chefs serving us were both from Japan and gave us quite an authentic experience. From the first dish to the last, this was a very enjoyable experience that I hope i can have again.

came because of the ocbc offer. had the yuri omakase. starter was a fish with radish. served cold and dry. noted stacks of them already left there out in the cold even for the second seating. quality of fish obviously not the best and the elder sushi chef was in charge of our sushi. each sushi was served within one minute of each other. too fast for our liking. feels rushed. service was normal but not the usual japanese warmth u get at a proper omakase. come with ur expectations managed, would never pay full price for this.

One fine day, someone brought me to an OCBC bookstore close to dinner time. I was thinking what we should eat for dinner… turns out, it was a delicious omakase course meal! Thoroughly enjoyed the fresh ingredients from the ocean, which was served to us like an artwork. My favourite part was the soft and warm rice of each sushi, and the dessert… The grilled fished was amazing too - grilled to perfection, super soft and bursting with flavours. The young ginger stick was very appetising. Service was alright, and I could tell that they try their best to explain how to eat each dish (even though I can’t really catch what they say sometimes). One lady was very amused when I swapped my empty salad bowl with someone because salad wasn’t his thing. After realising I was doing it secretly, she whispered, “It’s ok, our secret.. shh.” LOL. Finally, reserve earlier online and come with an OCBC card, it’s definitely more worth it!

Reserved a dinner seating at 8pm with my friend and we tried the Premium Omakase set. Amazing dining experience and the sashimi, sushi were so fresh and varieties of fish for sushi. Chef Tommy came from Osaka, Japan and he had great culinary skills in making the sushi so tasty. After about 10 sushi, there was Uni sushi and a handroll where the seaweed was roasted. Tastiest handroll. Every bite was a delight. The servings were generous and we were all so full. A5 wagyu beef with somen. That was another great dish. Dessert was a handmade cheesecake and Roasted rice cake with green tea icecream and redbean paste. We still finished it after being so full because it was so good. Maggie, the restaurant manager was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Sushi Moka for a great omakase experience.

An amazing Momo Moka Omakase set menu and eating journey. Very fresh ingredients and preparation was delicate and patient. Service is very good. Thank you OCBC for a great offer. Value for money with a great experience.

Excellent food. Excellent service. The state fair fries are very tasty - the actually quality of fries are chunky and crispy. Had the chorizo and peppercorn pizza. Great flavor tho I think more on the artisan/creative side than a traditional tasting sausage cheese pizza. Interesting flavor nonetheless. Might not want to get the sparkling water as it’s charged at 11 SGD plus plus
