The staffs are not at all friendly.. Except for one girl.. We were waiting for assistance for like 10 to 12 minutes. But they were just ignoring us because we are not white. I am saying this because I asked a sells boy who was tall and fat for assistance and he completely ignored us. But was willingly giving assistance to others who didn't even asked for his assistance.

Love this place. They have all the newest and coolest tech gadgets from cables to portable power charger to home automation. Get their membership and get big discounts. There's a big collection of items from different companies. Check out this place if you're a tech geek like me. You won't be disappointed.

All the staff were okay except the one behind the counter playing video games while his colleague was attending to me. A product on the table was knocked over while my bag was handed to me and the staff with the phone had the cheek to tsk at me whilst I was leaving. If you wanna work just work if not go play your mlbb at home.

Really bad service. Entered with staffs playing their phone. And they didnt really want to help when I was looking for some advice. The skinny guy with glasses just asked “anything else “ then walked away immediately , with his phone of course . Even staff at cashier also with the phone. They really need to be trained and learn more about retail working and service .

Called general line to try to connect with the store at 313 Somerset Mall to follow up over payment for a purchase yesterday The guy at the call centre who took my call said that there is no direct phone contact available at the 313 store. He asked me to go down personally to the store to sort out the issue. It sulks that at this digital age, we can't resolve the issue by digital means.

They've got everything in this store ! Went to pick up some games and a console for my sister and the staff were really helpful. Got everything on my list and I also got alot of freebies and a discount ! Woot woot. just might be your lucky day too. THANKS CHALLNGER !

Should upgrade your payment system or add payment counter ?took me 30mins for a lens protector end up not buying anything because i have to wait for a system problem and some membership problem.

Had to buy a replacement phone for a lost one last Tuesday. A Malay male staff on duty was not only friendly and approachable when assisting me. He was nice and patient enough to help me with the setup and login to my apps. As I either forgot my password or needed multiple logins and logouts, it took almost two hours to complete. But as he continued to assist other customers, he did not lose his patience with me. In fact, another lady customer which he helped earlier came back with tarts and drink to thank him for the excellent service. Such customer service is a rare gem nowadays. Thank you abang 😃

No customer service at all. Nobody came to ask if we need any help. The staffs were just talking among themselves. I asked if they would help apply the screen protector after i purchase, they said yes. But the staff walked away and continued talking with other staffs. At least he applied the screen protector nicely.

Got scam twice straight for two days, yesterday asked a Malay staff for assist to check if any outlet have the stock, he check and mention ion orchard have, but went down ion, disappointed as staff from ion say only demo set available but not for sale... Today went back to the store again and check with another staff... and the staff checked and PS/bugis have black, so I went plaza sing. End up??? Once again No stock and was told that maybe the staff see wrong model .... This kind of service really not up to standard and wasting my time travelling here and there. If everything customer needed to self check for the model for availability from web, what's point of hiring retail staff to assist customers??
