No customer service at all. Nobody came to ask if we need any help. The staffs were just talking among themselves. I asked if they would help apply the screen protector after i purchase, they said yes. But the staff walked away and continued talking with other staffs. At least he applied the screen protector nicely.

Bought the Nintendo switch oled console, at a good price for even non-members. Enquired with the staff on the product, and did proactively helped with checking the product and all. Friendly staff.

Got scam twice straight for two days, yesterday asked a Malay staff for assist to check if any outlet have the stock, he check and mention ion orchard have, but went down ion, disappointed as staff from ion say only demo set available but not for sale... Today went back to the store again and check with another staff... and the staff checked and PS/bugis have black, so I went plaza sing. End up??? Once again No stock and was told that maybe the staff see wrong model .... This kind of service really not up to standard and wasting my time travelling here and there. If everything customer needed to self check for the model for availability from web, what's point of hiring retail staff to assist customers??

Staff name: Vision Lee I first walked into Cortina watches on 23rd August 2025 with my wife and was attended to by Vision Lee. We were looking for a couple watch that would represent our characteristics as a couple and mark a significant milestone in the lives of my wife and myself. Vision made us feel comfortable and patiently answered many novice questions we posed as first time luxury watch buyers. After our initial interaction, I kept in touch with Vision and she continually addressed queries I had over the next few weeks. Long story short, by 19th September(19/09), Vision made our dreams come through by delivering my wife’s first luxury watch(Tudor Royal)and my first ever Rolex, the Wimbledon with Jubilee on 2 tone YG. My wife and I are very impressed with Vision’s follow ups and updates, eventually delivering both watches earlier than we expected.
