My partner and I had a wonderful experience with Iris, getting my engagement ring…so much so that we came back again to get our wedding bands! It’s nice that each appointment Iris offers to clean my engagement ring! Ring/jewellery designs are up to date, the boutique has a nice aesthetics and I think it’s fairly reasonably priced

Great experience from consultation to receiving the final rings as had to have some custom work done. Soo, the person taking care of us; was very helpful throughout the process even when we had any questions after ordering the rings. Highly recommend them.

The service provided by Jenny was great, when we came in to the store, she tried her best to give us more information on the type of diamond cut and ring as well. Everything went smoothly and the ring came earlier than expected as well! Highly recommended.

The staff here are super friendly and welcoming. They take the time to explain things clearly, answer questions patiently, and never make you feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you find what you’re looking for. Service was excellent from start to finish, felt well taken care of the whole way through. My experience from start to finish of purchase was very pleasant. I was drawn to check out Michael Trio because my son needed an engagement ring with specs that are not easily available. From the website, I found that there are many options for the ring settings and the diamonds. When I made enquiries with the company, a staff member named Xin promptly contacted me and answered my queries then made an appointment for me to go to their branch at Wisma. Yvone from the branch then attended to my son and I. She is very professional and patient, providing us with many options according to our specs. After the order was made, she followed up with updates on collection dates. She goes out of her way to make the whole process smooth and pleasant. Thank you Yvone!
