I was a customer for Rayban but their optometrist were not available so had to do my eye check at Spectacle Hut. Was assisted by a Malay lady in hijab (I think her name was Zita). She was extremely thorough with the eye check and even explained to me in great extent about my prescription. She also took into account my nature of work and current eye condition when deciding the prescription. I really appreciate the great length she took despite not being her direct customer. I will definitely buy my glasses from this outlet the next time I need one!

I went to get my eyes tested from Ms Diane and it was such a wonderful experience for my Swarovski frame. I can’t ask for more, her patience and the amount of care is worth the mention. Highly recommended. 😊 …

Dianne is very patient and helpful, and with her excellent product knowledge, not only has she fixed the prob, but also gave good advice on maintenance of the spec.

Zita was awesome and made my experience 5/5. I always struggle with buying color contacts bc I can’t see the actual color but not only did she let me try on the contacts, I got to try 3 different colors. She was super kind, patient and helpful. Highly recommend～

I made 3 visits at Spectacle Hut in mid-June 2025. To survey, purchase and collection. I am a first-timer and in need of a spectacle due to my blur vision. All 3 visits I was greeted by the team outstanding and excellence service. Shoutout to Crystal, Zita and Dianne. They are patience, friendly and accommodating. I was also truely impress by Zita's service. She assist me well on what's the right degree for my eyesight and what's best to protect my spectacle. Will definately purchase again. Love the customer service provided in this store! Bought a pair of colour contacts but my eyes were rather not in the best condition. Other than doing a eye-check and giving me a good advice on my eyes health, she gave me few pair of clear contacts to wear. Was just so wow-ed by the extra mile!

Just received my two pair of glasses today, one for myopia and another presbyopia. Very happy with my purchase. The frames look very nice and the lenses are very comfortable. If you are here, look for Regina. She is very progressional and nice. She clearly knows her stuff. Enjoy shopping.
