This place really deserves better reviews so I'll definitely go for another round. Bought a Lavender Lime Mascarpone ($5.60) - IT WAS AMAZING. Sugar laced but didn't felt overloaded when eating and it is crispy. The flavour is a huge hit and really really satisfied my cravings and lived up to my expectations! There's cream on top and in the puff itself but it wasnt a huge mess to eat nor was it heavy to stomach. I shared it with a small eater friend! Service was great and friendly too - they will check if it's to eat later or now for convenient packaging. For the best taste and no mess up of the cream, I recommend eating straight away. Please try!!! Albeit I think it might be pricey to some, but as a stingy person I really found my money well spent and would definitely try again from time to time!

such a good donuts especially the pistachio filled ones, so good! most of their filled donuts are not sweet and each of them have a unique taste as most donuts I've tried their like plainly sweet at the end but this burst with so much flavours. I devoured all of them and highly recommend the pistachio filled. will support them!

Received these as a gift! Tastes amazing. The appearance of the sourbombe is tasteful and interesting. Each has its own unique taste and tastes great. Overall, a nice sweet treat!

20240616: Despite speaking with the salesman for over 10 minutes who approached me to "help" with my purchase, failed to mention that the Band 9 that I was upgrading to, from the Band 3 Pro, didn't support GPS 20210214: Tay who was on duty at midday on Sunday 14/02 was blur. Said that they didn't stock a product then found it in the store after I insisted. Was unable to test the item for me in store. Really poor service that doesn't help the Huawei brand. Store looked more like a store room

Don't like the phone but love the top notch service. Submitted phone for repair on Tuesday lunch time, got SMS to collect the following morning. Hassle free. No forms to fill, just walked in with phone that's still under warranty. Only drawback is the queue to wait to submit is super long. 1.5 hrs for 16 ppl queue. Go at 11am sharp to avoid queue.

Be prepared to wait long hours ...atleast 1 hour to 1.5 hours to get a customer service rep to help you !!! I have a Mate20 pro which I got on Dec 18 and in 6 weeks it started to display a green line on the screen ..when I took it in...they are not replacing the phone...after making me wait for more than one hour...the lady supervisor of the shop was inside the room and refused to come out to meet me even after several requests ... The phone is a great phone but having display issues which the service centre is not replacing though it is well within the purchase replacement dates. I am wondering if I need to check with a lawyer on what my options are as a valid consumer.

I recently visited the Huawei Store at 313 Somerset to check out a few watch collections. The staff were incredibly friendly, attending to me quickly and providing thorough information on the products. They made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable with their professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Huawei’s products!

I paid a visit yesterday to check out the Huawei Fit 4 Pro smart watch. I needed to see the actual gadget and understnad better how it will work with my android phone. The lady at the store was proactive and came to introduce the gadget and shared much needed information on how to sync it and how to make it work with my phone. I made a decision to get one after the positive experience with the lady who assisted me. I went on to check out their range of phones. I have gained some new understanding of their products and their quality ! Truly. I see myself coming back to Huawei and getting a new phone once my current is due to be replaced. I may see myself seeking help with my new smart watch, but I am sure the help given will only make me enjoy the gadget even more. Thank you Huawei@ 313

There's a female salesperson with blonde hair who was very rude to us. Special mention that it was not the customer service support staff, it was a salesperson roaming around the store that was rude to us. We asked her about the D2 airbag strap replacement and she straight away said no and in a very rude tone. Happenned around 1340hrs on 17 Oct 2025. We came here to replace the strap because the staff at the Pasir Ris and Nex branches asked us to come to Somerset to get the steak replacement. However, the salesperson straight up said they don't sell and was very rude about it... Where are we supposed to get spare parts
