The curry puff was underwhelming. Standards have really dropped in a lot of the stores, hesitant to visit OCK again.

Visited at 850pm on 11 Oct 2025 which was obviously within their operating hour but the lazy worker insisted that the outlet closes at 830pm. Furthermore, there are still some leftover items which can be sold but again worker proved to be lazy and disregard business opportunities.

If I can give this place a zero I would. The staff are so rude at this outlet! First time gave me black face… this time I ordered 4 squid and 2 chicken wing… I asked for chili sauce again and the old lady threw the chili sauce at the bucket and gave me another black face… Terrible service truly. Am I asking too much?

I dont know if you really short of staff or wht , but your staff malay aunty , and all aunty who work there ! U better learn some respect, ya i know u are old lady , but doest mean you can treat us , your customer , so rude !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t give your black face to us ! If u are tired enough, then don’t work ! Stay at home , oh mai , this is not my first time , they all treat me like this ! I didn’t ask to treat me like im buying from expensive shop or wht , but where your commence senses ? No manners , so rude ! Learn how to show some respect aunty , like how you want ppl to treat you laa , so worst !

While Old Chang Kee is traditionally famous and popular for its curry puff, my family and I think that the sesame balls at Old Chang Kee are simply the best - especially the black sesame ball.

On 9/11/25,I and wife went to look for a rubber strap for my Rolex date just 36mm.At first,I was very confused what suits my watch.But with the patience and knowledge from Mr Royson Pang,I was able to find my dream rubber strap. During the process of removing and installing the spring bar of my watch, Royson was very careful not to stratch the case of the watch. At last,I purchased a black Rubber B Dream for my beloved Rolex DJ 36.Without his help,I don't think I can find a suitable strap.Thanks Buddy.

I am utterly disappointed with my recent purchase yesterday of a Rubber B strap from MisterChrono. The entire installation process was handled extremely poorly, the screw was not tightened properly and was damaged. My Rolex Daytona Panda was badly scratched due to careless and unprofessional handling by the gentleman who did the installation. All these issues only became apparent after I returned home and conducted a closer inspection under proper lighting. What initially seemed like a simple strap change turned out to be a series of serious mistakes that should never have occurred at a store that claims to be a specialist in premium watch accessories. Upon close examination, I noticed the strap was dirty, likely due to mishandling and it appeared to have been cut with a dirty pair of scissors, leaving behind an uneven, rough, and unprofessional finish. This level of workmanship is absolutely unacceptable for a shop that claims to handle premium straps and services for high-end timepieces. To make matters worse, after further reseach about the installed Rubber B, I discovered that the strap installed was not even the correct model intended for my Daytona; a serious oversight that should never happen in a professional setting, especially when dealing with expensive watches and precision components. While the staff’s attitude was generally polite and positive, this experience has reminded me why I have avoided purchasing from MisterChrono for so many years. I have owned 7–8 pairs of Rubber B straps over the years, and this is by far the worst installation experience I have ever encountered. For a retailer that positions itself as a premium boutique catering to luxury watch owners, this level of negligence, lack of care, and poor quality control is simply unacceptable. I strongly urge MisterChrono to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a proper explanation for the issues mentioned above. Thank you.

Been patronising MisterChrono for several years when I first bought an aluminium watch case from them. Wide selection of leather/wood/polycarbonate cases at various price points to match your budget. They also have a wide range of watch straps in leather/rubber/silicon/NATO. Quite amazingly they also sell watch strap buckles and in black! Thanks to Royston, my black Tissot found a nice black deployment buckle to match!🙂

I bought a pair of Uriel Geneqt wrist watch from here around 10 months ago, I was promised that it is a simple process to change the battery when it goes flat before I bought it. Now, I am stuck, I went to almost all the watch shops in Singapore and no one knows how to put the parts back together after changing the battery. I went back to MisterChrono twice and they said they couldn't help, this is very different to the message given to me before I pay > $ 100 for the item. I will advise you not to buy this item from this shop as now the item cannot be used.

I had a strap from a luxury brand but was disappointed when the original shop refused to punch an extra hole, giving me rather unconvincing reasons. Feeling defeated, I decided to try my luck at Misterchrono after noticing the beautiful, high-quality straps displayed outside the store. That’s when I met Royson, who was incredibly friendly and willing to help without hesitation. He punched the hole for me and went the extra mile with his positive attitude. I’m not writing this to encourage people to visit just for hole-punching, but to highlight the excellent service and the great range of straps they carry. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for quality products and genuine customer care.
