I’ve had a couple of months training with Tessa and I’ve loved it. There has not been one day where I’ve not looked forward to going to the gym to work out with her.
She is knowledgeable and happy to explain the why behind everything we do. I feel completely safe and cared for in her hands. She is not afraid to push me when I need it but would stop everything if something wasn’t right.
She is so cheerful and I feel so motivated when I’m with her (even when I’m exhausted). Couldn’t recommend enough.

My experience with ReFormd Personal Training is very stimulating. I signed up 30 sessions of training with Mr. Aloysius Ang last October with a speed of 2 sessions every week. At around the 15th or so session, even my teenage daughter started noticing my newly built-up muscles. Now my wife and a very good friend of mine signed up with ReFormd. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good way to start the journey. Plus, Aloysius speaks very good Chinese, suitable for anyone who prefers to speak Chinese during training.

I’ve been working with Hakim since April and have already seen noticeable gains in strength and technique. He’s wonderfully patient—always explaining the “why” behind each movement—yet still challenges me enough to break past my comfort zone every session. His relaxed, positive vibe makes training enjoyable, and our usual evening sessions fit perfectly into my schedule. If you need a different time, he’s accommodating; just be sure to coordinate in advance.

I had just completed 30 sessions of personal training with Benjamin, as my personal trainer. As someone who is totally new to strength training and gym, he is always so patient and clear in his instructions. His sharp observations and constructive comments also helped me learn how to do each movement with the correct form so that each movement is effective and safe. I have been training with Claudia for a few months, and each session I'm always grateful for her coaching and guidance. She really pays attention to my posture during lifts and always provides spot on feedback, which helps me improve on the following set. She's ready to customize each session depending on how I feel on that day, and she stays laser focused throughout each session.
The Reformd gym at Bugis also has a nice, warm ambience for training.
I previously only subscribed to a gym membership, but didn't exactly have a training plan, so in the end I did not see much result. With Claudia's coaching, I feel more accountable to my trainings (and health improvement) and enjoy the training progression too. I really recommend 1-1 coaching to everyone who's unsure where to start.
