I have the privilege of training with Natalie, and she is truly an exceptional personal trainer - the best I've ever had. Every session is planned thoughtfully and tailored to my individual needs and goals. Her approach is rooted in science and backed by a deep understanding of how the body works, which gives me complete confidence in her guidance. She is extra attentive and places significant focus on proper form, which I deeply appreciate. I have learned so much about proper form for her in just a few months, and that has transformed my progress.

Had 10 PT sessions with Sherwin - it was a really good experience! He’s super attentive and always encouraging. He patiently explains what each exercise is for, corrects your form, and adjust the session based on the various energy levels for that day.

I’m currently in my second trimester and have been training with Natalie, and she’s been amazing. She is certified in prenatal training, and gives me cues on what to look out for during each exercise. She also preempts what to expect as my pregnancy progresses, making me feel safe training with her. She is attentive and adjusts the workouts to suit how I’m feeling. I’ve had two sessions so far with Tessa Ong from ReFormd and I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care, detail, and expertise she brings to her work. From the very beginning, she paid close attention to the specifics of my challenges: my bad back, injuries, posture, movement patterns, and the little nuances that often get overlooked. Her ability to observe and correct in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming has made a huge difference in how confident I feel during our sessions.
