I have taken 3 sessions with Natalie so far and really enjoy her right-down-to-business approach.
I have a tendency to be quite chatty and have fun in the gym so can waste a lot of time NOT exercising. She keeps me right on pace and moving to the next exercise (allowing for the appropriate 30 sec or 1 minute break between as needed), ensuring I am getting what I pay for. Which in my case is preparing for childbirth in the coming months and maintaining my strength and flexibility as my body changes.
She accommodates every movement to my strength and comfort and ensures I stop if anything doesn’t feel right. She’s well versed in working with pregnant women, so I feel really safe pushing myself within our scheduled time together. Looking forward to continuing together!

Had a trial session today with Hakim Rahim, and I’m seriously impressed. He not only guided me through proper gym techniques, but also taught me how to breathe correctly during workouts — something I’ve never paid much attention to before but now realize is super important.
I could really feel the muscle burn and the intensity of the workout — in a good way! His approach is clear, patient, and motivating. He pays attention to form and makes sure you're doing each rep correctly, which makes a huge difference.

Didn't expect that training with a PT is so effective. I've been training with my trainer Mr. Luther Tan and I've seen my results clearly within 3 sessions. My weight that's never changed within 2 years increased 3kg within one month with muscle and I feel so much stronger than before. Every single training with him is fun, effective and super worth it . So I truly recommend as he was looking out for my diet everyday and also make a gym workout schedule for me according to my busy shifts.
